Hi, Aaron, I bought the Intuos Pro medium size. I installed the software and registered, but I’m trying to use Krita app, but the trade of the pen doesn’t appear on my screen. I cannot draw. What am I doing wrong?
Hi Carolina. The answer is no. There is a tablet that is also a screen, called Cintiq, also by Wacom. It's beautiful and enormously expensive. There are also tablet computers that have a touch screen, like the Microsoft Surface. It comes with a pen and you can draw directly on the screen. You have far less control than with a Wacom tablet. With the Microsoft Surface, you can still add the Wacom Intuos tablet, but then it will work as demonstrated here (you have to look at the screen while you draw on the tablet.

Seems like kinda an important step for everyone to miss since the thing doesn't come with a screen of any kind, which I was not expecting. How do you draw and on what???
I have a question. On the pad itself, there are four white lines. Is that only where you can draw? Or the whole thing is for said drawing even outside of the "square" made by the white lines? I'm so confused.

It's called a Intuos *Pro* for a reason.

The lines are the active area because there needs to be some room to keep your hand from abruptly running off of the tablet.
