When I was studying journalism in Bombay in 2003, I had the privilege of listening to Mr.Sainath lecture on the divide between mass media and mass reality-it was by far the most insightful lecture I have ever heard and it pleases me that he is used as a model in media studies in America.

Sainath sir rejected padmabushan award during Manmohan Singh period he may go wrong but he is absolutely not biased great respect to sir
