This game still confuses me so much. Every playthrough I’ve had does things in the same order, but when I watch other people play, it’s way more randomised. It’s like reloading an XCOM save.
I saw someone have a similar issue and that was because they didn't continue the game after one playthrough (aka hitchhiker) but restarted it. So the story always restarted as well. To actually progress through the game, you have to play as 6 different teens I think.
To put it simply its randomized for the most part, but certain events will always happen in an order, for example everything involving zoe is in an order and it always happens on set parts of play-throughs so if you always restart you'll never see certain events or get similar orders.

I mean I know why, but it's still sad that Kevin has to turn the music off for this game, because the soundtrack slaps and a lot of the songs are really good. it's a shame he misses out on them :(
So, what were the songs that he had to leave out?
Kevin's Idle Breakout addiction is progressing well I see
I love how Sonya got almost hit but just say "Stop, I'm Famous!"
The music in this game really makes it
I just finished this game recently, I went with the Revolution, a lot of plot twists
THIS IS THE OTHER GAME I ABSOLUTELY COULDNT WAIT FOR YOU TO PLAY AGAIN OMG IM SO HAPPY
Man do I love this series! Thanks for the threat, Kevin!
OMG the idle breakout from the coolmathgames video still running for like 4 years us hilarious, I honestly thought everyone else forgot about it.
I'm pretty sure you can play the music of the game in your videos, it's all part of the game ost that you own since you purchased the game. Please like this so Kev da man can see this.
I think the trick to surviving this game is not to meet Jarod first. And also be a precocious 14 year old with a drinking problem and a tendency to steal cash and cars whenever possible. XD
Cant think of a better thing than a Thursday afternoon spent watching kevin
The fact that Kevin doesn’t realize he spray painted that wall previously is killing me🤣🤣🤣
Yes ! I'm so glad you're playing this again ! the first two vids were so fun :)
I just played this game recently and finished it and it was an emotional roller coaster. I loved the game. I highly recommend it.
Yeah I 100% this game and I absolutely loved it, it isn't too long but it is a nice experience.
Wow Kevin still checks on idle brake out
Kevin, you are missing out, the music in this game is REALLY GOOD.
I loved this playthrough. But Im really looking forward to kevins next video, like the learning to skateboard one.
You had me at "collectively, that's12 days of poop"
Kevin, you need to play more of The Long Drive, shit had me dying lol but, the content has been fantastic this year already. Keep up the great work
really enjoy this type of game with choices and consequences, just wish it wasn't so cartoony, but watching Kevin play it was a joy as always
I feel like my whole life has been being a bad person in a randomly generated hitchhiking game
Isn't all of our lives just a randomly generated hitchhiking game, and we all just bad person around? Really makes you think...
first time watching this guy and i love his impeccable comedic timing, great work
I ask again, next is Monster Roadtrip? Like c'mon, that name just SCREAMS Kevin (really, it won't shut up. I haven't slept in weeks, I'm so tired.)
Always so much fun to see him play games like this. It's so chaotic, and I remember really liking the first video
his voice is weirdly comforting i fall asleep to it
