😇 Hablamos!
I turn 60 in a year and a half. A dual sport has been on my "checklist" for about a million years. Thinking this would be a GREAT way to celebrate this milestone. Finally a dual sport and break it in on a rally like this. Would be perfect.
About the rides: They're really, really good!" So back in about 1990 I brought a friend along to Moab from CA. He was a newer mountain biker and had never been before. But he was fit, strong and young (like we all were!). So after ride #1, my friend says, "Oh man, that ride was AWESOME! Can we do it again tomorrow?" I replied, "Yes, that was amazing, wasn't it? I'd LOVE to ride it again, but I have ANOTHER great ride planned for tomorrow!" He said no problem. Then after ride #2, my friend says, "Oh man, THAT ride was AWESOME too! Can we do it again tomorrow?" I replied, "Yes, that was ANOTHER amazing ride, wasn't it? I'd LOVE to ride it again, but I have ANOTHER great ride planned for tomorrow!" He understood. Then after ride #3, my friend says, "Oh man, THAT ride was AWESOME too! Can we do it again tomorrow?" I replied laughing, "Yes, that was ANOTHER amazing ride, wasn't it? I'd LOVE to ride it again, but as I've said already twice, I have YET ANOTHER great ride planned for tomorrow!" Totally cracked me up. It was just so funny how excited he was about each ride and wanting to ride them again. There was just too much to do. He was treated to a solid week of truly wonderful Moab rides. Such great memories. I imagine your rallies fall squarely into this category! I simply LOVE southern Utah and cannot get enough of it. PS I hadn't spoken to him in 30 years when I reconnected a few years ago. He's never been totally into riding. He said he did a job where he received a sweet Santa Cruz carbon full suspension bike in lieu of payment. He said, "I'm totally not worthy of this sweet bike." I replied, "Au Contraire, man! ANYONE who's ridden Moab fully rigid deserves the BEST mountain bike on the market!!!"
Man you are awesome. Been watching since the KLR 650 days and you really have come a long way. Glad your riding again and take it easy for a bit till your really healed up. Best wishes.
The Kove won't survive the loop. I watched two brand new Koves come off the trailer at my local OHV park and both broke within an hour of being there. He'll have to use a real bike fpr the loop
@@dualsportoutdoorsExperimenting with digital roadbook nav. isn't exclusive to Kove, or even his DS routes, which I'm sure the bike could handle anyways. You can do it with any bike and a nav. tablet, on any route you make... But Chinese bike crap hurdurdur. Typed on a Chinese made iPhone.
I dream of being able to do this every time you post. But I'm in the UK and being able to fly round the world to ride my bike for a week isn't something I can afford to do. If I was closer I would be there every day off I had 😅😅
Im interested in a 450 Raly street legal but ive been told not available until July /August ... Can you wave your magic wand and get me one sooner ? I sold my tired '14 690.....and got a 22 890, but Im not digging the weight nor do I need the HP.
Everide you are the best of the dual sport world. Your content is always top notch and your care for the community always comes through clear.
Welcome back Tyler! I’m so happy to see that you are back on the horse and smiling again. Keep fighting my friend, never let the darkness win!

NEW EVERIDE VIDEOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm living in St George again as well :)
Love the friendships I’ve made from different rides. I love the fact that you have that in mind. Can’t wait to come out to the Reef.
If I ever get the opportunity to do a rally, yours is a high #1 on my list. Thanks for what you do!

Something cool since you have your Kove now would be to experiment with digital roadbook navigation.
