See, this is exactly the problem with a toilet like the Champion 4. Because the flapper is so goddamn big (4 inches in diameter!), it requires a LOT of water to get a good flush or it's worthless as in this video. 1.28 gallons is simply not enough water; hell, even 1.6 gallons is BARELY enough to make this remotely decent. Give it 3.5 gallons and it's a BEAST.

You are so right about most toliets. My Delta Foundation takes four flushes alot.

It definitely needs a bigger rim jet channel than the siphon jet channel and a smaller siphon jet then it’ll flush better.
The rimjet channel is the same sizale as its always been its those payhetic rim jets
