Assuming that you lose water resistance if you pop the back cover off? Screen replacement seems tough but thankfully the screen is never cracking. Battery and port (if you ever need to replace) seem fairly easy
If you get the original pre cut adhesive to re adhere the back, you should retain the water resistance, but parts for these nokia phones aren't always the easiest to find.
That is some serious frame hardness, I tried that with my old nokia 8 back then, didn't even bend a little, either that or I'm just weak.

I don't think I will be doing that one, but I will look into it.
question: we accidentally pushed the damn sim removal pin to the mic hole. Most phones have this figured out so that it doesn't damage anything - can you let me know if I might have possibly damaged my brand new phone by accidentally doing this. I was on a teams and was not paying attention. Now I can't stop thinking about it.
Both the mic and filter are seated above the hole so wouldn't be damaged on this phone either. So you should be fine :)

Excellent as always but be honest , you already had the back off. You are putting little effort into going thru the sealer with the pick. Nothing wrong with that I don't blame you at all for having that part pre disassembled 😄
Thanks! For this one I actually didn't have the back off, I did it as is in the video (I had to pick up the phone since some portions the adhesive was a bit stronger) but in general the adhesive was really easy to peal off on this phone. Generally on most videos, to save time, yes I take it off and just show how it's suppose to be done so people don't have to skip through 10 minutes of prying :)

Generally it all comes down to price of the phone, the amount of views from experience I get on that brand/line of phones, and the compatible network bands for the phone since if I can't resell the device after the video, it ends up being a total loss on my end and usually tecno has very limited network bands.
@@PBKreviews I see, so it seems that the price, user experience, and network compatibility are crucial factors for you when considering a phone. It's understandable that you would want to ensure a good resale value after making a video.
yup, because if I constantly buy phones that I can't resell, I won't be able to afford to keep making videos. In general, I make a loss on 80% of my videos.
