Well produced but all too short synopsis of the migration. Nice timing with St Patrick’s Day just around the corner but I’m feeling a bit left out as an ancestor of Ulster Scots heritage.

Don't forget the role Ulstermen played in the struggle for Irish national liberation, it wasn't like it is today. The Society of United Irishmen was founded by Protestants, and they made up a majority of leadership. They were inspired by the French revolution and sought to have their own, for Ireland, in 1798
