The sourcing may be different for each product but we detail the sourcing on many of our product pages. For instance, our whey protein is sourced from small dairy farms in California and Idaho but pea protein comes from different farms in the US & Canada.

No it doesn't I think. Still need to have sex to find out but yea it gives erections. But honestly it improves cognition and my speed training. Muscle growth with testosterone at my age works like a bomb. But I agree creatinine is ok, but have your urea and electrolytes tested often. You Can Overload initially with creatinine but basically in a nutshell...its good

Some studies have suggested a potential link between creatine supplementation and increased DHT levels. Creatine supplementation may lead to an increase in testosterone levels, which could theoretically result in higher DHT levels due to the conversion of testosterone to DHT by the enzyme 5-alpha reductase.
However, the evidence linking creatine supplementation directly to hair loss through DHT is limited and inconclusive. While a few small studies have reported an increase in DHT levels with creatine supplementation, the clinical significance and long-term implications, particularly regarding hair loss, remain unclear.
