I have test it working after i turn off data connection . It work like a magic. The main thing is make sure your hotspot is connected to your pc for offline usage
No USB cable needed , no big file sharing apps like Shareit/Airdrid...etc , no internet , it is just between your PC and phone, very fast and very secured . Thanks man, this is a life saving.
