I also got my residence permit on dec 2023, which will be active starting march 2024. Unfortunate i received this email said my employed terminated my contract due to unforeseen circumstances just before 3 weeks of my deployment day to finland. Yes, if you have a residence permit, you have 3 months to look for the job. Please check the site of Migri and find out. In 3 months, if you don't receive any job, you will lose your Residence Permit. This information is what I know, I am not 100% sure of this information because few laws are changing with changing government. Kindly mail Migri and find out. 🙏
