I'm with you on this. Not only is it beautiful, but the romantic tale behind it adds to the beauty. Albert designed it as a part of the parure of sapphires and diamonds that went with brooch he gave her the night before they married.
A magnificent video. It is hard to pick one diamond and sapphire tiara in particular because they are all gorgeous but I would say the Leuchtenberg in the Swedish royal family collection is my favorite followed closely by the Dutch and British royal tiaras.
Tsarina of Russia's tiara with the fireworks of diamonds is spectacular but moved to second place after you showed the Netherlands intricate design stole my heart. I designed Jewelry for Yves Saint Laurent & Dior Haute Couture.
Out of the ones shown, Dutch Sapphire Parure wins hands down. I love the Drottning Silvia's Sapphire parure but the Dutch tiara has it for impact, the beauty of the stones and the fact that it's worn often. I hope it never gets so reworked over time that it becomes like Hammerhabi's Sword, reworked to the point that none of the pieces is present any longer. My favourite sapphire piece belongs to HSH Charlene de Monaco, The Ocean Tiara by Van Cleef and Arpels. It has to be the most stunning necklace/tiara of the modern era and I don't even mind that it's done in white gold rather than yellow. Oh my, would I love to wear it just once with a matching gown to a grand function where it would be appropriate. My daughter had the right function last week dining with King Harald V of Norway and she wore a stunning dress but alas, no Ocean Tiara.
Hands down the lost Russian Imperial Sapphire Tiara of Czarinas Maria Feodorovna which passed to Czarina Alexandra "Sunny" and was lost in the late 1920's early 30's as the Soviet Union sold off the spoils of the Revolution.
They are all gorgeous, and this video is a fantastic compilation! My favourite, though, and a bit biased I have to admit, has to be The Leuchtenberg Saphier tiara, with all the other pieces that are included in this magnificent parure. Since I was a child (I am 58 now) have I loved to watch our Queen Silvia wear this incredibly beautiful tiara in different intricate hair styles. Especially at the Nobel Price banquets. Greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪
I am so thankful for the great work you put in these videos. Since it is the sapphire month, I would suggest you do a video about lesser known but still existed sapphire tiaras/jewels and one more about hidden or lost sapphire tiaras or jewels. Thank you in advance❤
Queen Maxima tiara is the best of all. The sapphires are Kashmir in origin. With sapphires Kashmir is the most expensive followed by Burmese then Ceylon. Burmese sapphires are 2x as expensive as Ceylon or more. Kashmir sapphires are many times more expensive than Burmese.
I am sorry that the then Prince Charles didn't buy the magnificent Portland Tiara for Camilla as I am not a fan of the Belgian Necklace Tiara at all. My favorite worn by a monarch is the beautiful Leuchtenberg Sapphire Tiara worn by the ultra-glamorous Queen Silvia of Sweden, who knows the importance of spectacular hair styles to complement these jewels. Love your channel! Cheers~
I wish there was some way to prevent the sale of significant royal jewels (like these tiaras) to persons outside of a country’s royal family. While I understand estate taxes can suck the financial wealth out of royal heirs, it seems a crime to hide these beautiful pieces in the homes of private buyers.
The most magnificent Leuchtenburg sapphire parure is my favourite, but I also love the Marie Emily's sapphire set that is on display at the Louvre. It looks like a sister set to the Leuchtenberg sapphire parure. The Grand Duchess Adelaide tiara is also lovely but I really don´t like the style of the Dutch Sapphire tiara, it looks too harsh.
Queen Maxima’s tiara is so magical!
Yes!! And she is so normal, we love her so much!
The Victoria tiara is one that would look astonishing on Catherine, the Princess of Wales
I'm with you on this. Not only is it beautiful, but the romantic tale behind it adds to the beauty. Albert designed it as a part of the parure of sapphires and diamonds that went with brooch he gave her the night before they married.
Wow! Queen Victoria’s sapphire Coronet would look wonderful and stunning on Catherine, Princess of Wales. 😇👍🇬🇧
❤❤❤ they are all gorgeous ❤❤❤ thanks for the beautiful video ❤❤ love sapphires and diamonds ❤
Anything my favorite queen Maxima wears is my choice. She's gorgeous.❤
Max to the max.
Oh. I think Maxima's. It's magnificent.
Got to give this one to Maxima's Sapphire Tiara.
Agree the Netherlands sapphire tiara can be worn in a variety of configurations. However, each tiara is beautiful in its design and use of sapphires.
Mejor repartir entre los necesitados, poca vergüenza
Queen Victoria's Coronet, pretty without being ostentatious
I adore that tiara
So do I. If I ever win the lottery, I'd commission one with alternating sapphires and topazes.
Queen Victorias Coronet, designed with love.❤
The last tiara is stunning and my personal favourite. It's perfect and the "slight tweak" finishes it beautifully. 😍
The third...the empress Alexandra's tiara ❤
The Dutch tiara is so majestic, I am sure all eyes are on her when she wears that spectacular piece of jewelry on her head!
Yes she was the talk of the country that day!
A magnificent video. It is hard to pick one diamond and sapphire tiara in particular because they are all gorgeous but I would say the Leuchtenberg in the Swedish royal family collection is my favorite followed closely by the Dutch and British royal tiaras.
Queen Maxima's ❤

Queen Maxima is out of this world. Amazing Beautiful
The Portland Sapphire Tiara is amazing.
My favorite is, all of them.
5:46 is perfect!
La tiara de zafiros de Máxima ❤️
The Orange Nassau Sapphire tiara of Queen Emma is more than stunning and Queen Máxima wears it so well.
Hands down the lost Russian Imperial Sapphire Tiara of Czarinas Maria Feodorovna which passed to Czarina Alexandra "Sunny" and was lost in the late 1920's early 30's as the Soviet Union sold off the spoils of the Revolution.
Mine is the Leuchtenberg Sapphire parure

Excellent
Victoria's Sapphire Coronet. Who can resist the story? And its delicate, almost fairy like design?
I like the second one.
I want the oldest one
15:50 the dutch lady is gorgeous ❤queen maxima very pretty.
All beautiful though❤
The Swedish one. I would love to see it with the pearls. It’s so versatile.
Thank you. For this. Always enjoyable to see and hear what you have to to say

The Swedish Sapphire is stunning.
I love the Luxemburg tiara. Simple but beautiful.

Maxima is beautiful with any jewelry but the the sapphires are magnificent on her!
Maximas. No question. Silvia’s second. She has the best hair colour for a sapphire.💙🩵💎🩵💙
Toss up between Queen Victoria's coronet, the Dutch Sapphire and the Mary Adelaide.
Mine is the Leuchtenberg sapphire 💙
12:43 thats the Australian portrait of her majesty Queen Elizabeth II in the 3rd panel

The portland Tiara💙💙
Loxeburg tiara too😉
Maxima Tiara too😎
I bet the Tsarina's sapphire and diamond 💎 tiara was amazing beyond belief. Today, I believe the House of Orange sapphire tiara is the most stunning
Queen Elizabeth ❤❤❤
The Dutch!!
Thank you
My birthday gem!
I prefer the Barberini
I liked Queen Victoria's coronet tiara. Don't like when their to big
Some tiaras with emeralds and maybe one with rubies
I’d love to see the Portland tiara on Queen Camila. She wears large tiaras well
Maxima's
I think Maxima's!!!!
The Duchess of Portland sapphire tiara was the best
Queen Victoria
The Dutch

Maxima
I like the Portland Tiara
The Russian and the Dutch ones.
Yikes, why sell Queen Victoria’s coronet? I’d think the Royal family would gladly purchase that piece.
엘리자베스 2세!
Ruby ronds or royals
It’s sickening to think about the lost Romanov jewels.
None of the above
First one
Enjoy it now, because you won't take it with you when you go.
The Belgium Sapphire Tiara has never been attractive to me. The jewels are lovely but I’m not a fan.
I cringe every time I see Camilla in a tiara
It's gorgeous russian Tsarinas tiara.
The Crown of Ares lands. Russian arrived later. ......... And played owners
of all. 🤮
I must confess that I hate the Belgian sapphire tiara !
У роды.
Сучата англичане -грабанули наших великих княгинь ,да и цариц😡👊
The Dutch Sapphire Parure tiara takes the crown 💙.
