I think they must get a ton of blood supply. I totally have it too. I shave it when I remember.. but it's honestly not that noticible from afar (which is how you're normally viewing it) - so I forget.

I think in the U.S it tends to be a bigger norm for women to shave so a lot of people might see it as unnatural if one chooses to leave their body hair alone..But it should honestly be personal preference

Not middle eastern but I am Hispanic so I have some DARK leg hair. I don't personally shave unless its a special occasion. However if one of those suckers comes out curly I pluck it. They look all crazy when they curl.
Indian woman here ... Needless to say, my genes gave me thick black hair on my head and other places. We're barely shamed into shaving...but the trend is definitely growing. I expect in 20 years someone would do the same to me if I go home

I stopped shaving my legs 5 years ago and have never looked back! If someone has an issue with my (or anyone else's) body hair, it says a lot more about them than it does about me. 🤷♀️
Love Molly but just a friendly tip of advice: Please be careful when using Nair products! I used them on & off for years. They work well, but if used improperly it can cause skin irritation & even chemical burns. Never use the hair removal lotion in a small, poorly ventilated space. The fumes could damage your breathing. This happened to me personally & I’d hate for it to happen to anyone else.
I used nair once when I was in 6th grade to remove my leg hair. It irritated my skin so bad. It was red, sore, and it burned! My mom finally let me use razors after that lol
I will never use nair again after teenage me got chemical burns from Nair. I even did a patch test before doing my entire leg and didn't have a negative reaction.
Okay... I like removing all of my body hair because, first: my body odor is really strong, so even when my hygiene is perfect, I drink lots of water, and yadda yadda, I tend to smell... And hair would worsen it... Second, because I like how it feels. Meaning I still remove everything in winter or in celibacy. Men and women can do it, because it's a personal choice... But also women and men can NOT do it, because it's a freaking personal choice!!!
Molly, I need to know: how does the lotion smell? I’ve used regular Nair before and it absolutely stinks when it starts working. The chemical reaction that dissolves the hair produces a smell and I haven’t been able to find a product that doesn’t. So, how does it smell? Yes, it can stink really bad if you don't have a bathroom window to open and it isn't great to use often as it's all chemicals. It's good if you need body hair gone quickly and can't take the time out to shave- I dedicate at least 2 hrs on shaving days as someone with PCOS. I used the hair removal cream for the first time in 2 yrs instead of shaving and if you don't take the right precautions you break out in a bunch of bumps all over your thighs- that's worse than having no hair! Molly is the absolute queen of sponsors and I'm happy Nair chose her, get that coin girl with some smooth dolphin legs!
Don't listen to anybody saying it doesn't stink. Unless you have a very poor sense of smell it absolutely does. The chemicals smell no matter what and trying to mask them with another scent just isn't enough.

Metastic cancer took my grandmother at 59 when I was 11, 20 years ago. In spite of all she lived through, she looked like an angel from heaven with or without makeup, in or out of abusive relationships to health crises. I adore everyone, but especially women, who embrace their age, rock their age, look beautiful being who they are and never let the world define them. The older I get, my grandmother's features are coming out in me and I can't think of any other woman I want to resemble more who showed me the type of self-thinking woman to want to be. Love the banta between you two! When I was a teen my mom introduced me to Nair to remove the hair from my legs. And that’s how I taught both my daughters as well. Our favorite is the near to shower two minutes and done and extra soft skin

I wish I had never shaved. I did it because the people around me when I was young made it seem like girls with body hair was vile and horrid. So I started shaving at 11 and because I was in the process of piperty it made a lot more hair grow and I have a scar on my leg where I accidentally cut myself with a razor when I first shaved. Honestly hair is hair if it was unhygienic and unnatural we wouldn't have it. It protects us.
I'm sorry that you felt pressured into shaving! Hopefully you will soon have the self confidence to do what pleases you regardless of other people! Also, shaving doesn't make more hair grow or change the thickness of the hair. It probably felt like it made it worse as you started during puberty whilst it was changing.

Yeah, burning on your nose/eyes/mouth is short for GTFO. It's not something to take lightly. It will spread to burn your airways and lungs.

The old school original Nair did have a weird distinct smell, but the new scented stuff doesn't.

The older I get, my grandmother's features are coming out in me and I can't think of any other woman I want to resemble more who showed me the type of self-thinking woman to want to be. When I was a teen my mom introduced me to Nair to remove the hair from my legs. And that’s how I taught both my daughters as well. Our favorite is the near to shower two minutes and done and extra soft skin

I wish I had never shaved. I did it because the people around me when I was young made it seem like girls with body hair was vile and horrid. So I started shaving at 11 and because I was in the process of piperty it made a lot more hair grow and I have a scar on my leg where I accidentally cut myself with a razor when I first shaved. Honestly hair is hair if it was unhygienic and unnatural we wouldn't have it. It protects us.
I'm sorry that you felt pressured into shaving! Hopefully you will soon have the self confidence to do what pleases you regardless of other people!
Also, shaving doesn't make more hair grow or change the thickness of the hair. It probably felt like it made it worse as you started during puberty whilst it was changing.
