9:40 I have yet to see it as I took a week of little to no internet.... Uh... 12:00 Hockey... Oh, Summer Olympics... Hockey, though my school called it field hockey. 23:15 The If I Run series is good. I got my dad to enjoy them also. 23:34 I know there are some spy novels set in Paris: The Paris Option and Day of the Jackal. If you are looking for double dipping options but they are not clean IIRC.
I wondered if you would mention the opening ceremony, I had a feeling this was done before you watched it! Also you have so many books you want to read I am in awe! 😆❤️
Obviously Erynn Mangum’s NEW BOOK (!!!!) is also on my August TBR, but I didn’t have a date for it when I filmed this video! It’s releasing August 15th and catch me preordering it as soon as it’s available! 🫡 Are y’all so excited about it as well?! 😁🥰💗🥳
If you still need a book set in Paris, “Wrong Train to Paris” by Jennifer Moore is a sweet clean novella (and a fast read so you could still get gold!) 😊
For a book set in Paris you could always try Until Leaves Fall in Paris by Sarah Sundin. I really enjoyed that one! In the Olympics I really enjoy watching gymnastics and swimming. Beach volleyball is fun too! If you need a recommendation for a suspense book under 250 pages you could try The Lies We Believe by Lisa Harris.
There’s a book called aloha love by Yvonne Lehman that covers a horse and a beach…I remember liking it and I gave it 4⭐️ but I read it back in 2015….. not that you need to add anymore to your TBR but if you get that far and want to complete those it’s just a thought…I also believe it’s a quick read a love inspired or one of those types…have a great month of reading in August❤
I hope you like the if I run series but you didn’t really like catching Christmas so I hope your expectations aren’t too high so it gets a fair chance😜
I only learned this year that the Olympics has archery, surfing, and gun shooting??? I never knew that before. Pretty sure I only have like 5 points for the Olympics readathon lol
I totally agree with your views on the opening ceremony. I hope that the bad choices will not draw everyone's attention away from the athletes. They've worked hard to get where they are.
I haven’t watched the Olympics in YEARS but I always love the horse events though they never show much. 😢 I don’t know anything about the opening ceremonies this year but I’m going to guess it had something to do with the alphabet soup people group, right? I hope you read a bunch of these books!
Awesome choices! Thanks so much for sharing about the Keep Me in Suspense readathon! 💜
When Leaves Fall In Paris by Sarah Sundin is a WWII historical romance set mostly in France, if you're interested (and it's not too late 😅😂)

Yessssss! Please read if I run! ❤
You'll love Target Acquired!! I'm on the launch team for it, and I really enjoyed it! Planning to participate in Keep Me In Suspense readathon too.
I am not athletic but I love watching the sports so much. My faves are equestrian jumping, rowing and swimming.
You look so cute in the hat with your braids 😀
Yes!!! love the braids and baseball hat so much!!! Too much cuteness🥰
I enjoyed the Olympic equestrian show jumping. I'm sorry I missed cross-country, which I think I also would have enjoyed.
I'm attempting it too, and I also never do TBRs😊

The If I Run series is amazing! My all time favorite suspense series. My daughter read it too. I read all three in five days.

return to the four kingdoms yess
I don't like those books quite as much as the others, but the golden princess is really good
Have you read the Nightmare Virus by Nadine Brandes? That has some dystopian vibes
Does sketchy behavior qualify for the suspense readathon? Are you due for a re-read???

You are correct. With the mocking of Christianity as a side dish! 🤮
@@MorgansEndlessBookshelf Ah, the usual nowadays crap then. Typical. 🙄
