Question:
Do you think Crazy Diamond would be able to "fix" an object given life by Gold Experience? Say, if Giorno were to turn a fork into a fish, would it be possible for Josuke to use Crazy Diamond to restore that fish back into its original form as a fork?
That would just about partially negate Gold Experience's ability and even out the playing field, which would then kinda make this a tie.

Gold experience has a wider range of things to heal, but the healing power of Crazy Diamond is WAY more powerful.
Giorno needs different parts and pieces of the same size to replace parts in someone, while Josuke can “DORARARARARA” 99% of injured people and they’re fixed.
The only disadvantages on Josuke’s part is that he needs the parts to be around, and he can’t heal himself.
So against wounds inflicted by The Hand and Cream, he can’t heal them while Giorno can, but those are literally some of the only stands in the entire series that can utterly remove matter from existence. There are also some stands that access alternate dimensions that could be a problem as well. Not being able to heal himself is the biggest downside for obvious reasons.
The thing is, Gold Experience does have a more flexible healing, but it’s just nowhere near as fluid and fast as Crazy Diamond.
Killer Queen literally evaporates stuff with his explosions, yet when Hayato exploded, Crazy Diamond straight up healed him so fast that his soul didn’t have time to leave his body.
This boys head was literally in dozens of pieces, his entire body was shattered and ruptured by Killer Queens bomb, yet Josuke was able to heal that in an instant.
Giorno, despite having a wider range of things to heal, simply can not replicate this feat. In terms of healing speed and power, Crazy Diamond is incomparable.

I think that Golden Experience’s healing is definitely inferior because of the pain it causes to the person being healed. Whenever Giorno has to heal himself or someone else it takes time, whereas Crazy Diamond does it instantly and painlessly
In general, but it does have the limitation of not being able to repair something if it gets obliterated, which is why a Stand ability like The Hand or Cream would be more troublesome for him than Giorno. And I really think people are overhyping the speed difference in their healing, just looking at instances like Josuke healing Fungami or repairing his dead Grandpa's body and Giorno doing the same for Bruno and Narancia make it pretty comparable, though the Hayato instance is quite impressive.

Another thing Giorno can’t heal broken bones or internal damage without removing them replacing a the area of damage making injury’s like that devastating imagine getting one of your ribs shattered or something Giorno can’t fix that and broken bones are going to be more common than stands that completely obliterate things

You should have considerated the fight Josuke vs Kira, by how Josuke used broken glass and repairing it like some kind of bullet Boomerang. That kind of ability gives him an awesome range and IMO gives him a big advantage against Giorno

I actually would have to say that when it comes to overall healing others, Crazy Diamond is still better. The main point being how fast Crazy Diamond can heal people. We have seen that Crazy Diamond can „Kakyoin“ people and completley heal them before their brains even registered the pain. He even managed to completely bring back Hayato who got blown up by Killer Queen, who‘s bombs even destroy the victims Soul. Gold Experience does at the end actually need time to fix the person.

I can imagine a scene where giorno creates a frog or something and josuke is about to land a punch on it, but instead turns it back into its original form. That would probably be when giorno realizes that his life giving ability is useless since crazy diamond can just restore anything and in that case he would have to rely on sheer stand strength and crazy diamond beats him in that area as well, so overall I think josuke will probably win.

My biggest contention about Gold Experience being able to heal "just as well" is that it can't. Giorno can't look at someone and tell what's broken, what to replace, if the replacement isn't obvious or intuitive he can't do jack. Crazy Diamond just restores things, Josuke doesn't have to know ANYTHING about the damage to fix it whereas Giorno would have to think on it if he even could figure it out.
Imagine someone gets shot by a bullet and it COMPLETELY pierces their body, Giorno could stick something in the hole and turn it into everything that it passed through by knowing how biology works. But lets say a part of rib fractured off and punctured stuff in a different direction, damage that wasn't obvious. Giorno would have no way of knowing that happened so no way to know he needed to fix it. Josuke just don't care, he restores you to prebullet body with zero knowledge, he doesn't even need to know you were shot or WHERE you were shot, just bam, you fixed now. Also Giorno could not fix something that was damaged non-physically, if you get poisoned, you screwed because Giorno can't do anything about it. Think about the damage the rat stand did to Jotaro, Giorno would be completely useless at restoring that because he would need to completely destroy all the damaged areas BEFORE the poison got there without knowing how the poison spread or how fast, then replacing everything he destroyed without doing enough damage to actually kill the person, Giorno can't bring people back from the dead either after all. I just can't think of a way to fix Jotaro in that fight with Gold Experience whereas with Crazy Diamond the problem was NOT "how to fix" Jotaro but just getting an opening to do it.
I agree with most of the rest but Josuke's healing ability FAR outstrips Giorno's in it's ease of use and ability to completely restore something without any fore knowledge or input from the stand user. The only advantage Giorno has is the ability to heal himself but if he were to take too much damage he would likely be incapable of physically doing that so it isn't flawless.
he literally healed mista's head wounds, 3 shots from prosciutto , 1 from Ghiaccio, 1 from Cioccolata (the pistols were also badly injured, the only one left being nr 5) also, from the Ghiaccio fight, he literally shooted him self for the entire fight, I am 100% it hitted atleast one rib.

I feel like Jotaro should take a break from the screen time he's had most of the spotlight in two JoJo series, but I'd also think Josuke should get more attention because he wasn't shown a lot in Diamond is Unbreakable and he didn't even kill the final enemy, but him meeting Giorno would probably be interesting to witness, because both of their dads have history of being enemies and such so I think it would be cool to see.

You forgot to mention the precision of Crazy Diamond when he shot the bullets to the Rats, and how Gold Experience could "heal" someone who already died. Being Bruno the proof.
I think the reason Bruno was kept alive was due to Rolling Stone, not Giorno's life-giving effect. Bruno thought it was the life-giving effect that kept his body semi-living, but Rolling Stone in the epilogue is what truly made Bruno continue to live on.

Thats an interesting result.... But! I think that the quality of stands abilities is not always a factor.
We need to compare the combatants feats and ways of aproaching battles in order to get a result.
-Giorno ability of give life can be easily countered by Crazy Diamond's reapair ability, since it worked with Sheer Heart Attack and Tonio's coocking ability.
-A while Giorno can regenerate parts of his body and heal wounds the thing is that he can only do that with just one of his hands. (Remember that Josuke has experience in cutting hands with Crazy Diamond ability).
-Josuke easily outclasses Giorno in experience, since by himself Josuke defeated Kira, Okuyasu, Keicho and many more stand
users. While Giorno only defeated by himself Black Sabbath, Ccioccolata and Diavolo (This time with the help of the arrow).
-Giorno's ability does not work on humans via touching their stands.
-If this battle resumes in a one to one battle CD will be destroying GE.

It depends on their location, their positions, their mood(Giorno might insult Josuke's hair for whatever reason?) and obviously how well they would respond to each other's strategies.
Also the whole idea of how CD would just blitz GE is garbage. Range. As said before, it depends on their location and their positions/placement, aka their starting point in the fight.
Many things can be done, but Giorno has the highest chance of winning, sorry. Not that that is saying much. I mean, it is just a little bit higher with what the versatility in his kit. It is not like Josuke has a radar ability that he can use to locate Giorno, that is reliable.(Restoration can make something either follow Giorno-if Josuke manages to get a piece of Giorno's...clothing, perhaps? Or maybe it will backfire and do the opposite depending on what it is, revealing Josuke's location instead)
Giorno just has more versatility with what he can do, that's all.
If you want to say, this guy or that guy would win, it's biased. Al you can say is that one has a higher chance of winning if they are so closely matched.
If it were like, a very powerful stand compared to a "trash" one, sure, you could say it wins by default.

This is the only logical hair comment I've seen in this section. Giorno is super polite and has hair that's at least as ridiculous as Josuke's, he'd never insult the pomp.
They wouldn't even fight, Giorno like bruno, is able to see the good in people, his good person raydar would be overloaded when he meets Josuke (yes Josuke does miscevious things, but ultimately nothing terrible, it mostly involves money since he is also, a punk kid)
Don't forget that Giorno can't heal against crazy diamond. Giorno takes objects and replaces what was wounded but Josuke can revert those items to their original form at a decisive moment. If Giorno takes enough damage, which he would, since he can't go stand to stand against Josuke and they always have to have a Dora vs. Muda moment. He will ultimately lose. They are both Jojos sot cleverness doesn't really come into the equation lol.
That is an assumption. CD can't interfere with the whole life/death thing, so it can't rever living things to dead things. His stand is NOT about "fixing" is more about *restoration* , something doesn't have to be broken for him to use his stand, *"Crazy Diamond's unique ability is to restore or revert objects or organisms to a previous state* *in their history through touch"* that is the description of his stand.
He also reverted the pasta that was affect by a stand, so he can also use his abilities in object/organisms affect by stands
The life forms that are created by GE hold attachment to their origins, that means that those origins of inanimate objects aren't erased from their life history, so I don't see why CD can't mess whit their life circle and restore them to their previous state, plus that won't reflect into damage to him since he isn't attacking them.
Also, there is something called *"potential"* is true that CD has the potential to make someone older younger, he just never had the opportunity to do that, it would be pretty risky to do it in a living being since once restored he can un-restore it

If I had to choose between the two, GE is the best one because it can be used in a larger amount of situations. But in a fight, I would prefer to have CD.
Even in a fight between the two, CD woudl win. It can reverse the objects that were given life back to their normal state and its still physically stronger. Even though GE punches can hurt a lot and make you temporalily disoriented, CD can one-shot your skull wide-open.
If I had to fight someone and I got to pick a stand I'd probably pick CD too, but you gotta remember that we have to take into account the intelligence of the characters as well, Giorno, arguably smarter than Josuke, but even if equally smarter, can utilize his stand in a much more creative and unexpected way than Josuke can use CD, and creativity is how most JoJo fights are won, so I think Giorno would win in combat even though his stand is not primarily made for combat.
EDIT: Also they're both 1 shot characters, that's because you're underestimating just what happens to a living being if it gets punched by Gold Experience, remember the Bruno vs Giorno fight? Giorno got 1 punch in and Bruno was defenseless for many many seconds, at which time Giorno could have easily finished Bucciarati off, either through a lot of punches or just straight up dying from shock, whoever gets the first punch in wins, wether that be Giorno or Josuke.
Stats are bullshit, gold experience has a C in power (i think) and he can threw a car fliying with one punch, and josuke never did something like that, Also, if giorno hits first, he Will win because of the life shot, bucciarati almost dies from one punch during lifeshot, imagine a muda muda.

1. Considering crazy diamond entire gimmick is reverting someone to a previous state, wouldn't any punch from him simply revert giorno creations?
2. The A in power crazy diamond has should allow him to basically one shot through giornos D In durability. Giorno has healing but he hasn't shown he can heal something like a hole in his chest. A barrage of punches wouldn't give giorno any time to regen either.
stand stats work differently for stands , like , you don't actually think that stand with stickers (from the manga , i forgot it's name) A in power would be the same as star platinum's A in power , i don't say it will be uneffective but it will not one shot Giorno , it is D in durability , not E , ok it's nit a big difference but whatever

Josuke seems to have the power to restore things to their previous forms (like the sphagetti and the asphalt road) and it seems like it really isn't necessary for Josuke to touch anything to deform or heal them (as seen with the furniture in his house) so if we consider those in this fight... it would be much closer because Josuke is a complete counter to Giorno and vice versa. Wth.

Giorno’s damage reflection would be nullified against Josuke, allow me to explain. If the life Giorno creates inflicts the same type of damage back to you, it would work the other way around, meaning that if Josuke used restoration on the life that Giorno creates, it would restore Josuke as well, since he is not directly healing himself.

I think it's notable that Gold Experience can't heal without its hands, (theres a part in part 5 where Giorno sneakily makes a second gold experience hand as a backup, iirc)
Same for Crazy Diamond, every single time it heals/repairs something it punches or touches it to do so. Applies to many stands actually, like Sticky Fingers and Purple Haze.

I feel like Josuke would win, CD’s speed is even superior to SP, whatever giorno turn into an animal josuke would just turn back to normal, (if the thing where whatever you do to the animal happens to you, josuke could even be able to heal himself by restoring one of the living things giorno made), josuke would be even able to undo whatever giorno used to heal himself, He could even let giorno heal himself with a broken object just to restore the object and deal even more damage when the pieces of the object come back together.
In the end all of giorno’s advantages are somehow advantages for josuke

Dio would be a lot more durable and hard to kill due to his vampirism, but Diego (I assume you mean SM Diego) has the advantage in utility and the fact he can effectivley swarm him with dinosaurs, especially seeing as Dio in part one wasn't at his full potential yet... I'd personally give it to Diego for this reason... but both of them are very clever and cunning so it's hard to say for sure.

...Honestly, the warping power just puts Josuke over the top from punch 1. A single ORA vs MUDA punchoff, and Josuke could be bending Giorno's fists into things which aren't fists in the first place. It's a brutal ability in combat that way. How can Gold Experience replace that which is still there, to?
Plus, anything that Giorno created could be broken down into it's baser components by Josuke's punches. He could punch a tree and theoretically break it down into it's individual *elements.*

I know a lot of you are saying "Crazy Diamond wins because it can just revert Gold Experience's creations" but think of this.
If CD can only revert something to its component parts (spaghetti into the dough strands and tomatoes), then GE wins. Life created by GE is COMPLETELY transmutated and once the process is complete, something like a frog created by a brooch would be indistinguishable on a chemical and molecular level to any other frog. If CD can only cause physical changes, then there's no way it could have any effect on animals created by Gold Experience.
Although Golden Experience having a greater healing potential, we have to remember that this process isn't instantaneous.
When Giorno heals people, it takes time and it's a painful process. But Josuke can restore things as quickly as he's punches it. Like when he punched his mom belly to caught Aqua Necklace with the bottle. He ripped a hole in his mom's torso, broke the bottle, restored it to catch the Stand, pulled it out of sight and healed his mother without her even noticing what just happened to her.
He did it quicker than his mother nervous system could process the pain.
And his restoration abilities can literally create a bullet out of everything. He just need a drop of Giorno's blood and anything hard enough to pierce through his skin, just as he did with Yoshikage Kira.
But anyway, keep in mind that Josuke isn't a murderer as Giorno, so their fight probably wouldn't lead to the death of any of them. Josuke and Giorno would most likely talk it out and end it up in a Draw or agreement.
They wouldn't even have fought in the first place recall that Giorno has that Bruno good person rayder, Josuke though a punk, is ultimately a very good person

He says that the animals he makes with Gold Experience are independent lifeforms and act on their instincts, not even being necessarily loyal to him. If that's true, he probably wouldn't want to have a bunch of tigers running around him and the gang even if they do also attack the enemy. Not to mention it'd probably take a lot longer to convert an object into such a large complex animal, and the gang had to think on their feet for all of their fights. Giorno might've had better luck if he turned Mista's bullets into poisonous snakes after he shoots them so they actually kill the enemy instead of getting deflected back to him.
