- After departing the train to Oran, I share my impressions of this beautiful city. An incredibly vintage atmosphere, with beautiful mountains and French architecture caressing the center. I take a shared taxi to Tlemcen, which has a much more prominent Almoravid influence. Fascinating places.
Very interesting..always good to link up with locals to get the real experience!
I didn't record it, but I have many great experiences in Oran. Plenty of friendly people in cafes and on the street!
We don't have a lot of restaurant because the most of of the Algerian's family cook at home so when they go out most of the time we take pizza or sea food .
Welcome and try to contact some of the locals to have better experience.
@@hildamimi9709 Yup, same thing in Senegal where I spent some time. Luckily did get some home cooked meals!
We have enough restaurants ! Are you justifying yourself to that guy ? Who is he ? Our minister of tourism ? He cannot even make a beautiful video and does not know what he is talking about. Don't you ever ever ever apologise for what we are to those little people of the west with their brainwashed mentality about non westerners. If you had lived with them in their own country you would know that they are nothing. All is show off, nothing of beautiful values. And they dare treat us like they have to teach us somerhing. You should insteadvhave asked him whatctheyveat in their restaurants : you ruin your purse for something you cannot swallow. Di s gusting.

It's partially limitations on me filming. I also am trying to show places where I wander, think most travel vlogs focus too much on the sights and not enough on the interesting side streets. These Maghreb Videos are all recorded already, but in future travels I'll keep this in mind!

hey !! you can go into a mosque, if anyone tries to kick you out they can't do that literally, you can go in and flip just not the women's areas there's usually a court yard if its 500y + and just don't flim any military or police areas they will try to detain and bribe you
you should check out also the national park near tlemcen its very nice for hiking and the roman spa in the eastern coast

hey you, you are terrible at filming, you seems very intense and not relaxed at all , like someone is going to kidnap you round the corner, take it easy and take deep breath and slowdown, you are all over the place, enjoy your stay and try to interact with locals you will be surprised, that one alone is going to relieve all your anxiety, take easy and slowdown and enjoy your stay.
@@seeker119 I have explained a few times, I am not anxious at all. I just don't love filming in public, not necessarily comfortable! Still will do it.
