It was packed safely and set up was a breeze. I like the overall clean and minimalistic design. I ordered this because our other capsule coffee machine stopped working 15 months after buying it.
Included in the box are 2 boxes (20 capsules) which taste quite good.

Hi! On the first use, did you leave the coffee cup compartment empty then operated the machine (its like warming up your machine muna)? Or did you skip that step and went straight ahead on making your first cup of coffee?
Hi! Before actual use, I did several cycles without any pods just to flush/clean the coffee maker just to be sure it is clean. Thanks! 👍🏼
Hello po sorry baguhan lang ako parating na yung ganiyan ko, mrami ako question below,
1. Tuwing kailangan ko linisin ung machine like every week or month?
2. Balita ko ung manual ay naka chinese, ano purpose nung dalawang button sa taas?
3. Not related, bet ko ung espresso na inoorder ko sa starbucks which is iced americano..mrami silang espresso eh. may idea ka po sir kung anong klaseng espresso yun? Mahilig kasi ako sa strong caffeine. D na tumatalab sa akin ung instant coffee.
Hi! Thank you for your questions. When I was still using it, i would clean (dispose used pods, empty the overflow water and clean its bin) the machine after every use, or every other day. The two buttons on top are the pre-sets for the amount of water that will go through the pods. Regarding the pods to buy, it would be best to try several brands / types till you find the one that you prefer. I am no coffee expert, but I have some "go-to" brands / flavors that I like. Did you buy a separate plug adapter?
Hi! Luckily our kitchen outlets are universal (accepts all), so I didn't need a plug adapter. The coffee maker that I got has the Australian Plug type. So if your outlet is the standard type, yes you would need an adapter. Hope this helps. Cheers! 👍🏼

Hi! Yes it still works but actually just replaced it last week with a different unit. I noticed that more and more water seemed to escape into the overflow container during brewing. Thanks! 👍🏼
Hello, how long does it take to boot (heat the water and extract the coffee)? Many thanks!
Hi Ranil, it takes 30 seconds to boot (cold start) while from sleep (if still warm), it takes 15 seconds to be ready for the next capsule. Hope this helps, Cheers! 👍🏼

Hi NNN! I initially had one, but broke down. Then I tried the B Coffee Capsule coffeemaker, but it only lasted 15 months which is why I took my chances on this Coffee Machine. So far so good! Hope this helps! Cheers! 👍🏼

@NNN - I don't think you can go wrong with either a Nespresso or Breville machine. Both are well known and reliable brands. Sorry I cannot remember how long our Nespresso machine lasted, but I know it lasted for quite sometime. Hope you will enjoy your cup of coffee with your new machine! Cheers! 👍🏼

Hi JM, I initially bought a b.coffee machine, but after a few months it didn't want to expel the water anymore. It had power and would make the sound, but water didn't come out anymore. Which is why I bought this. Hope this helps and enjoy your coffee! 👍🏼

Hi! You can buy liquid descaling agent, ang run it through the machine for a couple of cycles, but make sure to rinse (run several cycles with clean water after) thoroughly. HTH. 👍🏼

Hi! Yes you can use reusable Nespresso compatible pods. I tried it, but I cannot seem to get the richness flavor of the regular disposable pods. 👍🏼

Hi Jay Jay! I actually just tried using reusable capsule and it worked naman. My only problem with reusable capsules, since the coffee are not as compacted as disposable ones, I don't really get "great" tasting coffee from them. Or maybe I am just doing something wrong. Cheers! 👍🏼
