I love catfish, catfish needs to be prepared right. You cook it crispy and not overcook it. I must say Cracker Barrel really does a great job in cooking their catfish. One of my favorite meals at Cracker Barrel.

My Mother and our family would go there often. My mom, sisters and nephew would get the plate of chicken and dumplings, me breakfast 😄. I like that you make your own dumplings, impressive. Can you do a Mukbang of you and your dad eating your homemade dumpling?. 🥟.

I subscribed. I'm enjoying your videos so far. Plus I just ordered one of those steering wheel trays. That's the coolest thing ever. I can sit and eat my lunch with it right in front of me instead of laying everything onto my passenger seat. Credit to you for the idea ☺ As for the Cracker Barrel catfish, I ordered it a couple of weeks ago and my experience wasn't as good as yours. The catfish was very mushy and didn't have much flavor. My sides were corn and green beans. Again, no flavor (no salt/seasoning). And everything was less than lukewarm. The hush puppies, well, I mean, they're hush puppies. Which I do love. So those were okay. The corn mufffins were the best part of the entire meal. Although I live in Ohio, I love Southern foods and I make super delicious Southern fried catfish that blows Cracker Barrel's catfish out of the water (no pun intended).

I give Cracker Barrel a 9 on their catfish. Not too many restaurants that cook catfish like Cracker Barrel imma cook and I truly know how catfish should be cooked. And they really do a fantastic job

Had the dumplings last time I went, it was mostly chicken. Give them another try. Catfish is one of my favorite Cracker Barrel items.

Yes they do have Cajun or blackened. That lunch was the bomb. I was doing greens and hot sauce and catfish all together.
