Weird, I was sitting here on the edge of my bed doing my roller with my stick and this popped up so I clicked on it on TH-cam. I had lower back fusion in November L4 L5 and S1. I have been really suffering for the stiff and sore leg muscle problems and come across an ad for one of these and ordered one from Amazon and I'm telling you that it is helping me tremendously. I go to my PT three times a week. I have 60 sessions scheduled .This is something I can do at home when I wake up in the morning to get me ready to go for those PT visits.
You know what a paint roller looks like? Well, if they made a massage stick with a yoke like a paint roller, you might be able to do your own arms! Ha! Just a thought!

As a massage student soon to be licensed, I see this as a must-have to save the body and deliver a great massage.
I appreciate this! My legs are always sore after leg day but it seems like this will be a good purchase.
