    A husband who could afford to pay his ex and be done with her, but instead stretches it out for over a decade and then tries to blow up the house and kill himself so she gets nothing more.
    A wife who hasn't worked in 30 years but demands every dollar she can get to continue her preferred lifestyle.
    Wife's lawyer who (usually) cares more for her rights group than her clients.
    (Not shown) The first judge who tried to wrongly dismiss the case because she has ties to the wife.
    IdealMart (expy of WalMart) who left documents out to trigger events so they get the land to build another sweatshop type store.
    A whole litany of hateful entities, and only one true victim you should care about: eight year old Jenna, who died in the building explosion.

      if there ever was insurance. jenna's mother and family should get it. it will never bring their child back, but it will stick it to the hag who tried to swindle it. these are the true tragedies in the real world. the parents of jenna will never forget that day, never forget their child and it could break up a marriage, cause ptsd, if she had siblings; they will forever be scarred and it could ruin those lives and yet these two greedy people get away with devastating lives and think it's all about them. not jenna.

    Poor Jenna died because of these vindictive people. I can't see the full episode, just the clips but I feel some sympathy for the husband. The wife seems like a gold digger type. But Jenna died because of this man's actions so my limited pity is out of the window.

      Babe, the video isn't even 4 minutes and really wasn't complicated, the husband blew up the house, she was getting charged with it, but actually he cancelled the insurance and blew up the house as he was that determined to not let his ex get anything, and he did it in a way where she'd get the blame.

    • @yuweizhou7071
      @yuweizhou7071 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      @@amandakate4951 I watched the full episode like three times. I don't think at any point the episode expressed that the husband framed his ex wife. This woman was pure evil, at least equally guilty and should not get a penny. That is to say, even if the insurance money does exist, she must not benefit from that. Legally she's guilty, morally she's evil.

      No, she was never guilty.
      She confessed and plead guilty to murder but not arson (as a plea bargain), but it was a ploy to trick HIM into confessing.
      Because if she was guilty of arson, she wouldn't be eligible for the the $10 million insurance cheque, as you can't profit from a crime... except that since the plea bargain included NOT being charged with arson, she would still qualify to get the money.
      He was so desperate to avoid giving her the money he owed her, that he confessed, thinking that would mean she wouldn't get her money (he had let the policy lapse before he blew up the house), but since she knew that and paid the bill for him, the insurance policy WAS still active. So she got her money, he went to jail for the murder, and presumably life went on from there.
      Not the first time Law and Order cops have used a suspect and their lawyer to trick who they believed the REAL perpetrator to be into confessing or giving them crucial evidence. :p
