Hmm did some research and I will concede that the Jacobite version wasn't the original but i've found that both the song you refer to and a song called "my love is in germany" claims the tune (not the lyrics) was composed by some Holland Colonel around the same time. Though looking at the two articles the levellers one seems to have much better citations and evidence so I am happy to concede that point as well until further evidence can be found.

Prime Ministers are indirectly elected. In the UK we vote for individual MPs. Also, you should learn what a mixed economy is, Thatcher was against the mixed economy she did everything she could to reverse, it was an idea of the post-Attlee consensus.
