Jeremy "OMG" I got the beast parts this afternoon. It took me about 3 hours to put it on. (we in the south take our time) The bike started right up. Now I'm 5' 10" 180# when I took off the front end lifted up and I was gone. The power was unbelievable. I know I still have to treat it like a new motor and break it in. But it hit 40 real fast. THANK YOU SO MUCH... I can not wait til tomorrow so I can go get in the wind.
Don't forget to increase your valve lash to 5mm so it can breathe. Also install an A9 cam, change your rollers to 4 or 5 grams. Better acceleration and greater top end speed.
The weights depends on the contra spring tension, it could be 5g weights, or 9g or many different weights and all the same performance, lighter weights = more rpm up high, heavier lowers the rpm at top speed!
Please help me. I am desperate. I on a Kymco Agility scooter 50cc. I put the Big Bore Kit in to 100cc. I put the parts in the engine I put the super flow carburetor on and I put the exhaust on. The only things I haven't done yet or in the transmission. A CDI box that came with my kit blew my fuses. Kymco is not like every other scooter I am finding out. After doing all of this my scooter is still restricted in only going 29 miles an hour. Please please give me an answer as to how I can derestrict this scooter. I am extremely overwhelmed and aggravated at this point and I don't know what direction to go but I do feel it is an electrical problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Hi Jeremy, I tried to purchase the big bore kit but every time I clicked add to my order it would just replay the video thanking me for my recent purchase and not take me to any purchase screen. I hope to hear from you soon. Christopher Heredia
Can you tell me If I need to replace the exhaust down pipe, after I put the big bore kit on, will it mate up to the new kit. Also do I have to replace the rubber intake manifold?
i have a 2002 honda elite 50 s what can i do to make it a little faster muffler restrict is done i didn't see a restricter in the veriator any ideas btw i live in belleville mi
Jeremy I bought the first kit and was going to buy the 100cc big bore kit. but I can not see a link for it. I didn't really see much change with the other kit. (carb., filter, cdi and coil) so I'm just guessing I need the big bore kit. for my 2015 taotao.
No, you can't tell the difference, it still looks stock, it's not going to be a major difference in speed or acceleration, especially if you use the stock or stock type head, but I would use the A9 cam, with big bore, unless you do a gear upgrade, it's only going to be a bit quicker to 30-40mph, a gear can give a 10-15mph faster, and a aftermarket exhaust, with a 20mm carb, and tuned, (by changing jets ) and variator weights, to get the best acceleration and top speed,
Hello Jeremy. Is this kit still available? I am interested in purchasing it but don't see the offer for $100 on your website. Also, for the superflow carburetor, is it similar to the stock carburetor, just with the jets custom modified?
+Jalees Sherwani this is a special offer I made to anyone who purchased the super flow carb, Racing CDI, Coil and After market air filter. Here is the link if you want See the 4 video series on how to make your scooter faster. On video 4 I make an offer to get the whole kit. securejv.clickfunnels.com/optin4040371 Since the super flow works on the GY6 engine it will be similar to stock carb but it does have differences.
Hi - I also sent you a message via your website, but I was interested in purchasing everything, so a scooter plus all of the modifications to make it faster. Do you sell the scooters with all of the mods installed prior to shipping? Thanks!
Dave you'll have to install the parts yourself. The Cdi coil and filter are super easy to install. The Beast big bore kit is a more involved install but not too difficult. Let me know what your zip code is and I'll get you a shipping quote on the scooter.
+Jeremy Vinup OK -- does it come with instructions on how to do it all? I don't really have any experience with motors, but am relatively capable when it comes to fixing other things around the house. My zip code is 60089. Can you give me a quote on how much everything would be from the scooter, modification parts, shipping and tax? Thanks
+Steven Cartlidge Thanks for the order Steve. On most of my scooters I ran the stock exhaust because customers didn't want to mess making a bracket to match up an aftermarket exhaust. They were getting 50-55 MPH.
OK great. Thanks for all your information and videos. It has been very helpful. Hopefully I will soon have my little beast ruling these ole country roads...lol
I put the bbk on my scooter and the big hills that I would slow to 25mph I went up at 37mph with the new setup. I really see more on takeoff getting up to speed say 40-45 and going up hills but it will reach the 50+. if this helps.
Either your idle is too low (my VIP needs a little under 3000 rpms to stay running), or fuel's not getting there properly during idle. Next question, is it hard to start?
+john smith Here is a link to the 4 part video series where you can get the special on The Beast Big Bore Kit. You can also look on my website www.jandjpowersports.com
You are neglecting something. Sure it may not destroy you engine right away, however you engines life will be dramatically shortened. I bought the kit. Had it professionally installed. by 6k miles my crank was knocking. My other scooter however is at 17k miles. both were bought at the same time, same model and everything.. only different colors. so be truthful

+Steven Cartlidge Thanks Steve For the great feed back. I'm glad your enjoying your parts. I agree it is unbelievable the difference The Beast makes.
+Steven Cartlidge Send me a pic or video of you and your scooter and I'll put it on my web site. You can email it to me at jeremy.vinup@hotmail.com

Steve shoot me an email at contact@jandjpowersports.com. To get the link you have to buy at the same time. I can manually process it for you.
I wonder if a regular run of the mill popo will know the difference if you put a big bore on your 50cc

Does not respond to emails and has no phone number to contact him!
Jeremy, I ordered the "beast" . after I get it in and installed how well will it work if I still have the stock exhaust?

Bori Donez i
looks good, will this make my 49cc climb the hills a little faster thanks
+Jim Campbell Yes it should give you overall more speed and power this will help climbing hills.

I have a Honda elite s that does 75mph! Let me know if you need help
Which carburator do you use
I have a TaoTao 50cc and when I'm writing and come to a red light it cuts off turns off what do you recommend me to do
Elias Robles clean your valves and re seat them
Turn your idle screw in a turn
Either your idle is too low (my VIP needs a little under 3000 rpms to stay running), or fuel's not getting there properly during idle. Next question, is it hard to start?

"Go big or go home" on a 50cc scooter. lol
A 50cc 4stroke scooter is not going to be super quick! No matter what you do to it! (Within reason!)

that's what I'm saying this guys just lying out of his ass and it's sad to be quite honest
