👉no Ambience lighting (mood lighting)
👉No Sound system
👉no Chilvary chairs (who still does chair covers these days?
👉no side Barton's for drapes.

@@zeeondemand the tiles on the floor will make a mess of any sound you put in there... Tiles bounces sound off, whilst carpets(rugs) holds sounds together.. Especially in a big center like this.. Unless the walls can be padded with foams..
