I think Owerri is where i may likely to buy a house if security level is as good as the affordable prices on offer for a house. All houses are beautiful but why using cheap tiles for flooring and in the kitchen ? I like the serenity of that place, most streets and roads are not overcrowded with people. i am watching from Brazzaville.
And also there is a place called new city inside Num 10 bus stop old road Nekede, that place is an entire new city of itself, you won't believe that such place exists.. You can take a bike around Num 10 bus stop and ask the bikeman to take to New city, you will surely be wowed with the kind of modern structures and everything, it is as if they are on competition.. Just endeavor to go to these places and do the needful, thanks !!!

How can houses in a state of mostly civil servants and almost no industry be as expensive as Lekki? A place with no good roads, no good security, nothing nothing. It must be the yahoo boys and fraudsters inflating the price of things. I’m from Imo but I will never invest in a property there. Complete waste of money. I’d rather buy a house in Enugu with a family friendly environment with many beautiful well maintained estates and can get a comparable house for less than half the price of that house going for N150,000,000. Just ridiculous. And an apartment going for almost a million a year? The Nigerian government needs to start regulating prices in Nigeria. The market is not regulated which is why prices keep skyrocketing.
Dnt mind them. Am so sorry for Nigerians and their low expectations. Imagine being proud of 12 hrs of electricity,good road and security. Basic things other countries take absolutely for granted. You know until Nigerians start holding their leaders accountable, things will never change.
Reason why u still see many imolite in Diaspora building in enugu bcux roads and drainage are always constructed in any estate b4 sales and the prices are not as high as this.A well tared road with security and the land sold for 20mil in enugu but owerri u will buy 20mil land without road
