Excellent information to help keep grounded during these pandemic times. Being quarantined, being in an at risk category of senior citizen, watching the numbers escalating in AZ, I found fear starting to dominate my life too much. This podcast is helping me adjust my focus, my life schedule in positive ways so instead of feeling at effect, I can take actions to be at cause. Thank you!

I had a Trumatic brain injury after I had two brain surgeries, I have no fear of anything and I’m wondering if my Trumatic brain injury didn’t change that. I asked my mother if I had any fear as a child, she said I had no fear of anything so I don’t know why I don’t have any fear of anything at all.
