This is a complete heart center network. That covers the heart patients complete needs from (a to z): physically, dietarilly, medicinally; psychologically. By informed education to the patient. Step by step. What their body and mind in unison is completed experiencing. Who, me myself? I have had 1, or 2 caring Dr's over many, many, years. But by and large, most of the phicians attempting to help me. In my opinion. Did a very poor job of doing so. Thank God for heart surgeons that care so much. This much, should I say. To go the extra mile for the patient. May God continue to richly bless. The Dr. B. M. heart health center.

Hello Dr Montgomery, I appreciate your videos! I have learned a ton from you and your colleague. I have especially enjoyed this video because during the intro you specifically presented the info about the person, who is the subject of the case study; versus in most of your videos, during the intro, you present the info (of the illness) in the second person, (as If the viewer is the subject and carrier of the condition). If I may share candidly with you most times, (if I can catch it) I skip the intro of your videos because I do not want to hear negative words projected at me. I believe what Proverbs 18:21 says, "death and life are in the power of the tongue and those who love it will eat its fruit". Therefore, I intentionally speak words of Life to myself and others. Additionally, I avoid and reject words of "death"(negativity) spoken towards me because the Bible clearly shows us that words are powerful and they have the ability to create and affect us on many levels. So, thank you for sharing the intro info in a more positive manner. I enjoyed the whole video. Thank you for the great work that you and your team are doing and thank you for sharing it with the world! God bless you and your team, in the name of Jesus Christ I pray! 🙏✝️🤗

I have been dealing with this for over twenty years, and this video has shredded a lot of light. I had inflammation from my back injury, and a few years later, I was diagnosed with Afib.

So many younger people I know have recently had ablation for Afib. Goodness, do they even work on their health before going for surgery? I would try many things before I would let someone operate on or near my heart. Thank you for these videos as I am learning a lot as you discuss how you treat each person.

Same thing with diseases like cancer. I would try everything versus cut, burn, and poison. And tons of cancer patients don't give change of diet a second thought. Not judging but I don't understand why not.

I have occasional afib and have learned these guidelines: poor sleep makes me more vulnerable, meat and thick bread entering esophagus can trigger afib, bad diet, yes, tends toward afib, illness such as a bad cold or bouts of sneezing can make me more vulnerable, overexercise can make me more vulnerable, especially on a day when I didn't have good sleep!, stress, yes! Of course caffeine and alcohol, for me, are a complete no-no. But overall, a good night's sleep is extremely important. I have around 4-5 apneas per hour so it's only mild, but still, if I can't sleep due to anxiety during the day--watch out. I've refused ablation as I feel that afib can be handled through diet and de-stress and exercise--but not too much exercise etc...but it's not easy. Day-to-day vulnerabilites can upset the apple cart so to speak :)...Once you have afib, it really doesn't go away, but you can minimize it with lifestyle, for sure! I also take L-Arginine and Taurine and magnesium and they do seem to help. I only take diltiazem when I have an episode which can last anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 hours. Sometimes Valsalva Maneuver works and sometimes not. Same with cold ice dunk. So that's it. Good luck to all!!

Most elderly people have problems getting up off the floor. As a child you spend a lot of time on the floor, adults do not.
Doing yoga / stretching exercises on the floor can improve balance, mobility, flexibility and the ability to get up and down..
Just getting up and down to the floor in a controlled manner is difficult for many older adults.
Play with your children on the floor. Bend over, get down and pull weeds in your garden. Play with a pet on the floor.
The more effort you make to work on balance and flexibility will pay dividends as you age.

I currently don't have heart problems. I want to be proactive. I recently had severe side effects from Amlopidine BESYLATE. What I want to know, what do I eat, since the new BP medicine is Lisinopril, and that medicine says avoid moderate an high potassium foods. What can I eat?

@Dr. Montgomery…Hello , enjoyed the video and have a question about the 0-4B foods selected for his detox. Are these classifications groups listed in your book? I am planning to order your book from Amazon. Not sure if u have more than one , if so, which book do I order that outlines the detox diet and food classification. I am planning to come in January for the Integrative treatment plan.

In UK, heart valve replacement ( mitral ) 2019. Have AF. I'm 60, commercial heating engineer. But I'm also a lean 6ft 5in. Don't drink or smoke pretty good diet wise, not a saint by any means. I'm supposed to be on blood thinner but stopped that 18 months ago. Doctors unaware. Beta blockers, absolute minimum amount 1.25mg supposed to be double that. NHS given 3 options. 1.. Defibrillator / pace maker 2.. Ablation 3.. Cardio version..
1.. Absolutely Not. 2.. What's the point.. and 3 if refused will be Discharged.
In terms of plant based diet. I struggle to gain weight I would waste away
I do take very high quality supplements that are actually produced in my home country. The big boys don't like this company the supplements are just to healthy for them.
When I go to cardio centre, I'm shocked by the ages of people and the state of their health. Yes Doctor I'm bit of a rebel but Faith plays it's part as well
Good Day to you Sir and the Team

How much vitamin d do you guys consider for patients that are deficient, do you start with a high dose? Also do you use regular vitamin D from sheep Lanolin or the vegan kind from Lichen. Does Dr. Montgomery think the vegan source matters for cardiac health?

Even children today have signs of artery disease. Fast foods and sugary drinks have long term consequences.
There is an obesity epidemic today where over 60% of the population is overweight or obese.
What is common today and "NORMAL" is not healthy. The average person today is not healthy and is taking medications.
Heart attacks were once only common in people over 65. Today people in their 40 are having heart attacks.
Add more plants and vegetables to your diet and less junk and overly processed foods
Get off the couch. Get off the iphone or ipad. Get up and go for a walk, run, bike ride , garden, work outside. Move more, sit less.
