Sealants properties is to fill the pores section on the clay alone (Which does not impact on the top surface).
Wax is kind of Polishing material which is a just a option for who needs good finish 🙂

their are many indoor tiles manufacturing available on Kerala brother...Yes it's true those tiles are not hard as like ceramic tiles.. finally you have to take a decision health (Maintenance) vs look(long lasting)👍👍
