@@BrandNewCharlotteHomes Cool. I just did the tour today. I personally felt that town homes were ok ok. The ranch homes/single family homes were terrific. They plan to build 500 single family homes and 180 townhomes. Single family quick move ins are already priced close to 500. I am not sure how many of them can afford. Also the location is not great place. I dont know why Toll brothers decided to build there... just my opinion. I look forward to your video though :). I am sure you'll do a great job.
