You can pick up friendly weapons by looking at the fallen weapon and clicking F. Not sure about enemy weapons...

I’ve got a Ryzen 7 5800X cpu and 3080 gpu. Running it at 2560x1440p on the highest settings. Could’ve turned them down a bit to maximize frames but it ran well enough imo (between 60-80 frames roughly)
