This is a ring road and you can't build ring road of 10 lanes or more when you have sea at 3 sides

@@tolykozin not gonna happen. We're not even a 10th in to the development of infra required before heavy handed traffic rules imposition can be done. Lanes primarily on internal roads, internal road widening road marking, sign posts, driver training, corruption, laws, parking spaces etc etc will happen dheere dheere. Living in expectations of overnight miracles will kill. Think in 5 years batches. By 2030 half of Mumbai should be ready for traffic rules imposition. We need tons of these kinda infra projects people are proud of before they start doing/respecting the above
