Datsun Go / Nissan March Series How to clean Throttle body / HR12DE engine. GAIN THROTTLE RESPONSE.

Hello Viewers welcome back, in this series video I’m doing minor maintenance to this Datsun Go 2019 LCGC (Low Cost Green Car Indonesia).
This vehicle shares the same engine with a Nissan March /Renault Kwid 1.2L (1200cc).
Engine Code : #HR12DE.
Spec : 1.2L 3 - Cylinder DOHC
Horsepower : 62ps / 5000 rpm
Torque : 104 nm
I will demonstrate how to remove & clean the Throttle body assembly.
Tools used:
Ratchet with 8mm & 10mm socket
CRC Throttle body cleaner
Pliers
Throttle body gasket part # 16175-1HC5A (optional)
After the service is done you should feel better throttle response & better fuel economy / more power.

Please do remove the battery -ve terminal before removing the connection to the throttle body actuator.

In my Datsun go, ac stops cooling at idle. In keeps cooling at moving but air flows stops gradually after sometime. After switch off ac for some time it again keep cooling. Pls suggest.

You need to add ac freon.

Bung Felix bisa minta bantuan? saya lihat datsun anda (2018-2019) menggunakan throttle model inductive, sedangkan punya saya (2014) masih model magnetic dan rusak, kemudian saya ganti model inductive krn hanya itu yang tersedia dipasaran. masalahnya soket 6pin) berbeda, dan saya tidak tahu polaritasnya (urutan warna kabel) yang benar (+5V, Grd, TPS1, TP2, +12V Motor, Grd Motor). Kalau boleh tanya urutan warna kabel soket dari ujung ke ujung seperti apa? Thx

that you will have to scan ecu computer. it could be anything.

@@andrewdekock3952 it should erase the code for awhile. But if the Check engine light come up in the first place, there should be a part or connection that is faulty.

@@kamilchmielowiec9101 disconnect battery n wait for 10 mins. check all bolts and retighten intake connection maybe something is loose. i assume you have avacuum leak somewhere…

@@FelixDanGarasiAuto I check about the leaks is no leak at all, disconnect battery as well, even try relearn procedure for throttle and still the samereally have no idea... I put new seals on manifold intake as I change spark plugs as well really dont know piece of shit

oh no what have you done?? try resetting the ecu by disconnecting the battery for 15 mins.

@@FelixDanGarasiAuto I have done the relearn procedure multiple times. I can drive around the car. But the throttle plate doesn't open when the key is on and gas pedal is pressed. When the key is turn off the throttle plate opens and closes. When the engine is ignited and gas is pressed the throttle plate moves slidly. Obd2 scanner shows throttle position 1.80%.
Is my throttle plate gone bad?

@@FelixDanGarasiAuto yes when I does it the ecu throws a code, I cleared it and do the re learn procedure.
1.Throttle body plate moves only when key/engine is turned off (open all the way and closes).
2. Rough idle at 860 rpm,
3. Rich short term and long term fuel trims, when driving.
