6 Minutes of Advanced Yoga

  • Here is my 6 minute yoga sun salute, with twists, backbends, handstands and forearm balance! When you put all of these yoga elements together, they can become a complete practice. Putting them all into a sun salute is a great way to have an all inclusive practice every 6 minutes.
Finding the balance between breath, flexibility, strength and focus, is the key to an advanced yoga practice. Your practice will start to feel like a moving meditation.
My advice? Move slow, take your time, never rush. Do yoga and all is coming.
I would love to read your comments, questions and feedback!
As always, thank you TH-camr's for all of your support.
    ❤️ Nora

Great 6 minute workout. Although my dancer friends are all great at standing on our toes, the handstand eludes some of us. We will keep practicing.

Great flow. I haven't seen any content from you in a while so it's nice to see this. definitely something to work up to. I assume you repeat the flow x number of times to make it a 30 or more minute yoga routine. How often would you suggest hitting this flow and the recommended number of times to start getting the benefits of it?

I appreciate that! I usually repeat this series 4-6 times as my sun salutes, and then I go into my standing part of the practice, then seated. I do this practice usually 4-5 times a week.
