When I grouped the layers on the right with ctrl+G the frames on the timeline all went transparent except for the visible one which is the layer/current frame selected. Why's it like this? :(

Thanks, glad it helped! Make sure you have all the frames selected in the timeline when editing the frame delay

pappico are you on a Mac or pc? It might be different commands for grouping.
