My friend love your villas coming together beautifully, one suggestion … you should have your windows on the outside instead of the inside of the frame wall , because you’re going to have a area outside that birds will be living. Let me know if you know what I mean. The window should be flush with the outside wall and then you have your ledge on the inside of the house.

Marwa. I am an older lady born in the 1950’s. I am in the UK. I had to work on Saturdays and school holidays when I was 13. Life was hard for us. I left school at 15 and worked full time in an office. So you see life in UK was hard in my days. People who say that this boy working at 15 is nothing extraordinary to my generation. Actually we are imitating them which is nothing to brag about. What we should have done is improved on our home designs. Unfortunately right now the only person developing or improving on African housing is the white man atleast in East Africa. They are building the biggest thatch huts as mansions while we are building European homes

Now Marwa, my advice to you, you have a massive subscriber base, why not strike a deal with some companies in nairobi to do your interior. It will be a big advertisement for them. Please in construction the finishing in the most expensive and complex part... Make sure you do a proper interior that befits your villa.... Marwa, you have a beautiful soul and it shines extra much when you care so much about people. I wrote a message here below but when the video continued I noticed I had more ideas I wanted to share with you. Like I said, I would like to come and visit you and help and paint some artworks or create anything else you may need for your place (if you need me) and I was thinking I could also then show this young man who needs many good skills for the future, how to become a visual artist and a creative. So I believe I could be of help to teach him something that could be very valuable and help him make his own money in the future. Of course for him to continue with school is important but also learning handicrafts and art skills may help. 🤗💐

You also need to consider water harvesting Marwa; with the approaching difficulties with regard to the changing climate, not just solar electricity but also water harvesting from the roof during heavy rainfall and store that water in tanks. Many of those storage tanks are more readily available now. If you design the system well, you can have your tanks elevated so that you can gravity-feed that water to the house, especially the bathroom and toilet areas.
This is a good idea, please bro heed this advise, it will make you self sufficient instead of digging for water and disturbing the water table
This is done a lot in some of the Caribbean islands. They also have water cisterns. So when the water company turns the water off, people always have water. I haven't noticed water tanks in the village.
This is a regular in rural homes here in Kenya. Few rural areas have pipped running water. The water is either harvested to big tanks or underground cisterns.
Your mum should be among the next noble prize award contestant.A really mother.

I have always been very careful who I invite to my home, especially my co-workers. Marwa is his own boss, but in the working world some bosses and co-workers don't like to see you doing better than them. The price you pay is lack of raises and advancement. And, of course, some people are just bad-minded and jealous.

Hello @Marwa. The people fixing the aluminum frame will need to use sealants to close the space between the frame and the wall otherwise during windy rainfall, water will have assess into the rooms even with the windows close. This advise is from experience and engage them how to address the gaps
