I envy so deeply the knowledge you speak of. The connection to nature, such a connection I find so beautiful, I don’t have. Even growing up on a farm, it shouldn’t shock you industrial farmers aren’t very close to nature. It made me cry knowing you know these things. Where can I learn? Where can I grow in this way?
Oh what a question! The way I started was just by going for walks in nature, and really letting myself feel it. There were books I read that inspired that connection, and eventually I started studying wild edible and medicinal plants, and that was a good way for me to make friends who shared my interest ☺️🙌🏻
