Honestly, I wonder if a few of those exercises have an effect on people among them that lift such huge numbers in all their lifts.
They do have big impacts. Because the final result depends on the weakest link (in many cases not big muscles but smaller ones).
they dont, its more flexibility, warm up or stretch than anything else for the most part
they really dont, in squats and deads, the core has very little use, the EMG data has concluded on this it does NOT fire much at all
