I squat jerk, so will definitely try these exercises out. I do noticed that I tend to rotate to one side and sometimes I do notice it in my snatch as well.

    *Question*
When doing the Chinese Side Bend. It is a bit contradicting holding a kettlebell in both hands. Say you are using 30kg kettlebells. The kettlebell in the right hand is pulling you to the right with 30kg, the one in the left pulling you to the left with 30kg. Basically cancelling each other out.
And you can test this by just stand straight and still for as long as you can with 30kg kettlebell in each hand. After some times you would start to fail, and it is not because your core/side abs are tier. Most likely it is your grip, and if you put on straps to aid your grip. After some times your Deltoids and Trapezius will be burning.
Now do exactly the same thing. But this time, ONLY take a 30kg kettlebell in your right hand. Just wait a bit and feel your left oblique/side ab start to burn.
Doing side bend with weights in both hands are like doing biceps curl in the cable crossover with 30kg resistance. But instead of just using the cable from the bot pulling you down with 30kg. You also attach the cable from the top to the handel that pulling you up with 30kg.
Would it not be better to do the chines side bend with weights in one hand and do one side at the time? ?

I would really appreciate if you made these videos thank you much love ✌🏿

    Great Video!
One question: Doesn't the 2nd KB neutralize the weight of the first while the chinese-side-bend? Wouldn't it be better to just use one Kettlebell and switch sides after each set?

So I have an anterior pelvic tilt, is it more trunk stability and strength? Or possibly glute strength and hip stability? I’ve just always thought weaker glutes but the trunk strength and stability kinda makes sense after seeing the first two exercise.

Analyses of Olympic weightlifters show that the dorsal trunk musculature is oversized compared to the ventral trunk musculature, with no adverse effect on their specific performance or health. Since training must be planned very economically, especially in professional competitive sports, this fact must be taken into account. Recommendations specific abdominal training for Olympic weightlifters are thus missed to reality.
