I do not feel need to confess to get it out of my chess but i just believe that that person of interest must have knowledge about the possible act i might have done. The possible act, most of the time has a big potential to create a problem, it’s a problem that if the person of interest knew, there would be some consequences. He or she could change their perpective on me. They could take an action according to act. I feel like as not telling it, i make an injustice to the person. I believe they must know because the event is related to he or she.
I don’t understand why i shouldnt tell. How to know if the person must know or not if the event has direct interest with them?

Same way they may not accept our past mistakes, we also have the right to not accept some of their past mistakes, and it's totally fine.

What if the real event/obsession is related to something that you feel like you might be able to solve by confessing to the right type of authority? Because it’s related to a prior obligation.

Hey Juli - unfortunately confession promises us something that never delivers. It will feel as real as it can get but we have to remember if confession worked we would absolutely recommend it.

OCD would have me confessing 24/7. Confession doesn’t work for OCD - OCD promises it will work this time but it never delivers on its promises. It’s crafty like that!

I can’t do anything without thinking about my breathing, like everytime i try to do something, I get fearful and can’t move. I’m so hyper aware I feel like I can’t chew without getting scared

I can’t sleep because I’m so aware of my breathing and I can’t even doze off

Okay first off, relax! OCD can revolve around obsessive feelings or thoughts. The best way to fight OCD is to ignore the feelings and thoughts. It’s hard, but if you keep fighting your obsessive thoughts and feelings your brain will eventually not see it as a threat anymore!
God Bless and have a nice day! 😃

Hey Kerm - Unfortunately this doesn't work for chronic OCD.

Hey Ian - Have you started breaking down your fear of noticing your sensation? This is key fro sensorimotor recovery.
