I cant believe this game flew under my radar for so long. It's literally the perfect pokemon game - I've been hooked for a week straight
Mate your channel has got me so hooked on pokemmo, it's basically everything I've wanted from a pokemon game, thanks for the great content!
It's crazy how big creators never talked about it that much... I had no idea Pokémon had a MMO game this dense and still so easy to run. From time to time I get addicted to Pokémon and I always saw these MMO games as just gimmicks but this one is 10000% legit. Looks amazing.
GameFreak should definitely make Pokémon games like this. If fans can, then I'm sure a team full of devs can pull this off as well. They don't even need to make this the official game. They could just add the option to play online and that's it.

I'm really liking it but the baton pass nerf has me disappointed. I was so excited to double team, baton pass with ninjask
All we need is some more Multiplayer/Co-op PvE and we'll be set.
Niche IV tip: 0 IV in attack is desirable by special attackers, and 0 speed is desirable by slow trick room Pokémon. A 0 IV is as rare as a 31 IV (even though it feels bad most of the time)
Should you not train those? I'm still trying to pool info together haven't tried the game yet. Trying to get my kids and wife on board to all play together

Wow I had no idea it was this in depth nowadays. It’s the Pokemon game I’ve always dreamed of. Player run economy, So many things to do, so many ways to interact with other players. Balance patches and stories with actual difficulty. I can’t believe this exists
Ive started to replay my DS pkm games to feel the same spark as I did when I first got into pokemon, but it really was not hitting. The moment I heard this existed I watched this vid and man- I am SO EXCITED to start playing, thank you so much for the simply explained tips!

Yeah true to what the top guy said. No shame though I haven't played Pokemon for more than a yearly sesh or two for nearly two decades, mainly because my carts batteries are dead and the save files haven't worked in years, but all this time later I've been getting back into the newer games on an emulator.
I was amazed my account from 2012 was still available. I was 15 then and 26 now, lol.
Continued training my krabby caught in dec 2012 and became a kingler in oct 2023 lmao.
Also stopped after 8 badges in Kanto and simply continuing with Johto now, after 11 years
I was 12 now I'm 23, i re started a couple of days ago too!
I hope they add some sort of co-op double battle content! Like the equivalent of a raid
@@Trixtoxia Temtem's co-op is really good. You can actually play the game with a partner TOGETHER and it handles really well. Some people report disconnects and de-sync's in co-op but I have yet to have that happen to me.
@@Trixtoxia Never heard of it and decided to look it up and it appears to be in a rocky state with a lot of people being banned for no reason
Game has "Mixed" reviews on Steam and when that happens, there are certainly issues

Had PokemMMO for about a year now, but only made it past the first gym and don't don't remember my region. Glad I stumbled upon this right before getting back into it :)
Only negative things i see so far is the insanely low shiny chance, no fairy type, no HA and no johto. Still seems like the best pokemon mmo out there and ill definitely play it soon.

Cheapest way to heal status effect on your pokemon is actually heal powder when you don't care about it's happiness and they cost ~500 in the GTL. :D

tip 14, set up moves help in story mode is so true, I dont bother with them in the regular games but with pokemmo Growth helped me out so much early game in Black/White because I picked Snivy so I got to the forest without any fire types and being forced to do a double battle with 4 bug pokemon against me was so hard even when going to level cap.

Tip #1: Get Meowth and learn Pay Day. Grind money buy using Pay Day move on wild or trainer Pokemon. İt works as follows: add a 0 next to the current opponent Pokemon level. That's how much Pokedollars you'll get when defeating it. Only works on a single Pokemon on trainer battles.
When you use Pay Day on a lvl 8 rattata, you'll get 80 Poledollars. Use it on a lvl 35 pidgeotto, you'll get 350 Pokedollars. Adds up quite fast.

Just got banned on pokemon revolution online for standing up to rude people putting down new players, guess moving to this game was a good idea, far better help and far better people playing from what ive seen

Recently tried TemTem, one of the standard Pokemon clones. All it did was make me miss Pokemon, there's just no replacement for how cool and adorable Pokemon look.
Now, if only the mechanics weren't so lacking. Out-level and 1-shot or 2-shot enemies is the best strategy and it's tragic.

Question for ya - I'd PokeMMO just one big server, or is it divided between games?
Such as, if I played Red, where no other Generations of pokemon exist, can I still go to other regions?
Or is that feature in other games so to speak, where previous generations existed?

Idk how I just found out about pokemmo but I love it. Not super interested in pvp but I love being able to play through the story on android and it feels better than some of the emulators that you make you pay just to save or continue.
Assuming i have access to all my pokedudes once I to a new region right? Or is there criteria that needs to be met first?
I believe I read that you can only keep one legendary, does that include entei zapdos and etc, or just the main legendaries like mewtwo?
