Not if they have peddle assist, as this model does.
I personally can’t stand these.
People ride them on the pavements and I had one pass me at speed from behind.
If I had just stepped to the left he would have hit me with some velocity too.
I just think these should be licensed and should be on the road like a full push bike.
I dunno, I feel like a right oledun saying this lol..
But I swear I was nearly hit by one of these and it frightened me to death.
It would have knocked me flying if it had hit me and without doubt it would have hurt me at speed.
@@GametechUK will this propel you to 15mph fully with twist? and if so isn't it supposed to swiftly slow down to 4mph without pedalling, thank you for the vid i'm just wondering if this'll suit me.
@b3nmk2 it will get to the legal top speed with just a twist. Slowing down speed depends on the road and incline.
@@GametechUK interesting, I see thats the Govs stance too, where as Electro Heads say it has to slow to 4mph when not pedalling, weird - thank you for a great vid and replying. It'll be a bit different to my Trek Rail 9.5 - have a great day.
