8-15-24 Late Amtrak 51 and Lackawanna Heritage

A busy morning at Tower A as Amtrak's Cardinal was late which required a crew to travel from Indianapolis, pushing it's departure to around 7:30. A bit later, NS 142 came by with the Lackawanna HU (NS 1074) in the lead.
