Mike thank you for your video's, I had surgery this spring and couldn't go fishing 😢 but I did get to go with you thru your video's it does mean a lot to people who can't go. Keep up the good work and bless you for it.
Great videos mike! We were down there the week before and weekend of The Shootout (rented a house near Bridal Cave). Fun time, but obviously, not the greatest time for fishing(other than in the mornings). Had a very rough time with the crappie. Heard you had a very warm February - might've thrown things off for the rest of the year? Everyone that I ran into that was pulling for crappie was having no luck. Mostly catching small blues & drum. We stuck with it and brought some meat home, but not as much as usual. I'd imagine we'll do better on next year's trip.
I always look forward to watching your videos. They are always very informative, entertaining and well put together. Also just the right length. I bought a set of B&M Sams Super Salt rods and HH reels to pull crankbaits here in TN. I noticed you no longer have the HH reels on those rods. Just wondering why you changed the reels?
Nothing at all wrong with the HH Reels. I just have a sentimental attachment to these Diawa reels. I have had them for probably over 30 years and they just keep on working.😀
Mike, just curious what video cameras you use and what film editing software you using? I grew up fishing Truman and Lake of Ozarks. I'm down here in Texas on Belton Lake now. Love your videos.
Thanks Mike !!! We really enjoy your videos and looking forward to many more. You’ve got my ten year old hooked !!! 😂
Thanks Mike , need to let those 13”Plus’s back to spread
Another nice video - Thank's Mike

Have you ever pulled crankbaits in late October?
@@kirtwillis2846 dont remember.
Mike can you use crankbait in the fall time in October November
Yes, depending on the water temps. It gets tough after the water temps fall out of the 70s.
Could you have pulled jigsaw instead of crank baits….would have been cheaper…..
Would they have bitten jigs???
