Opening in 2010, The American Treasure Tour Museum located in Oaks Pennsylvania, houses the massive pop culture collection of one man who prefers to remain anonymous. Encompassing the top floor of an defunct 1937 B.F. Goodrich factory, the 100,000 square foot museum comprising everything from advertising signs, toys, antique cars, carousel nickelodeons, art pieces, and even the world’s largest Gumby, is a overwhelming experience to see in person. About a quarter of the display is accessible by foot, where one can walk around and admire many miniatures and other smaller items up close, though much of the collection’s pieces are so large and extensive that a half hour tram tour is required to see it the rest. The American Treasure Tour is by far one of the most amazing and impressive museums and collections in the world. For anyone looking to take a nostalgic trip in the most unique way, it is a must see.

Awesome video 🎉
Great video Dave,The American Treasure Tour Museum video is amazing.
So wonderful that many of people's collections can go there and be loved by many people who visit . I've seen many things I remember my family having. My family had a telephone table that was in the hallway 😅 .
It's fun to see my childhood in museums and antique shops.
@@johnm.withersiv4352 it scares me sometimes lol
It's cool that you have a personal connection to Mr. Omrod. That's some cool minis.
#FillTheGapInTheirCollection this is a fun place. I need to find it next time I'm in Eastern PA.
i love the old electronic stuff. my grandmother had the cabbage patch phone and my first phone as a teenager was a clear one that lights up inside. one thing i don't see much is webtv. i had that back in the day before laptops came out.
Awesome video Dave👍

All this nostalgia made me a misty eyed. Everything was bright, colorful, and fun, once upon a time. Now everything is just a shade of depressing grey.

Hey Dave you need to check his other out in Morgan Town classic auto mall lots of cool cars
We bought many a piece of furniture there back when it was a furniture outlet 😅
22:30 I’m actually watching you on a CRT (with a Roku hooked up) up in my attic library.
THATS AMAZING!!!!! 📺
My parents still have their rotary phone. They still use it. They do have a cell phone though.😊 I had a pager top until it got stolen. I have a vintage phone book with my grandparents phone numbers in it, I purchased on ebay.
#SeaOfBalls sounds NUTTY. :)
Not sure if it's the same there but most landlines here have to be connected to the WiFi router now in some form has the analogue phone signal here in the uk is being turned off in 2025
Went to Chucky cheese for a cousins kid’s birthday, no animatronics just a big screen with animation of the characters and 1 guy in a Chucky cheese costume that came out toward the end😢
Weird…

You know what would really blow they're minds show them a pay phone. what you had to pay to call somebody and had to remember they're number crazy.
I did show a pay phone. And talked about it. In this video… 🤷🏻
@retroreststop did talk about pay phones…..
you still have to pay to call someone. cell phones aren't free. and people used to carry a mini pocket phone book filled with phone numbers.
