Both coil wires have to be grounded? My 92 banshee died mid-ride everything tested good except one boot didn't have any ohm res. / cont. Or maybe c.d.i.?
My bike starts and idles fine. Then I ride for a few and cut it off and try to restart it and nothing happens. Could that possibly be the stator or short in the wire?

We are super glad to hear this helped. 2 strokes seem simple which is what makes it even more frustrating to not find the issues that can come up.
Thank you... took me a hour of cussing and throwing stuff, trying over and over to get it to start. Watch this video and boom 4 min later its started.

What about the kill switch
ordered a tors delete kit but can the tors system be disconnected(3 plugs) for testing

I think i need a cdi..it has spark sometimes
Mine does the same thing. Only has spark every couple times i kick it. I replaced the cdi. Same issue
