Mostly the Guests staying there eat at their restaurant or people go there once in a while to have that 5 star experience. That's why you dont find their food to be extra spicy. They don't want some VIP guest to get sick. So it is pointless bringing 5 star hotel food to your home and comparing it with other restaurants
