You didn't touch on the real reason Runaan's is a must build on Jinx, though. The smaller projectile is changed from the generic animation to mini-rockets while in rocket form. Cute cosemetic details are the biggest game winner.
I have a huge qualm with what you say about runaans: perhaps you didn't see this in the players that you analyzed, but runaans is an amazing farming tool. The time that it saves you lets you clear camps between waves much more easily (and clear those camps rapidly as well). Furthermore, it makes sieging so much easier because fast waveclear means bigger wave crashes during extended sieges.
Personally don’t care about the second or two it may save wave clearing. The only value I see in it is the possible extra splash damage from using rockets. Other items are better. I would leave it as a 5th or 6th item unless I actually see value in it in niche scenarios.
i want to add that runnans hurricane works on minions so if you basic attack someone in the middle of a wave he gets damage from his rocket and the 2 mini rockets from hurricane which chan deal like 200% of total AD to this target alone (learned that from aphelios)

As an M7 jinx I only disagree with the runaans hate. It's super good in almost every situation because even if the entire enemy team isn't on top of each other in every teamfight you still hit more targets which helps you proc your passive off your teammates kills and it makes your wave clear easily unmatched so it's great for siegeing turrets or breaking a siege from the enemy. It's also fairly aggressively costed and gives important stats. It's an easy second item power spike that should probably only be delayed or ignored for outright defensive items if you have to save yourself from some assassin

Personally I think the meta is evolving towards like 1 or 2 items and then already something to helo you live. Hell, people are rushing zhonyas 2nd item on NON AP JUNGLERS like J4. It's crazy. But if you don't feel the threat for w/e reason, an IE is always good as 3rd item

as a jinx main… i KNOW the enemy gets mad at me when i kill them across the map 😂😂 when u start with jinx just throw the ultimate… youll be surprised how often you can actually kill someone with it. its better to let it go sometimes across the map than holding it.. you never know it MIGHT hit 😂

In this guide I’ve noticed that Immortal shieldbow is the mythic of choice ? Is it not better to build kraken due to the dps it offers ? Or at the moment Immortal shieldbow is better due to the assassin/mage burst meta ?
Minigun has higher single target dps, 1v1s for example. Rocket should be used almost all the time in team fights, due to the extra range and splash damage. If you need to focus down one enemy use minigun. If there’s groups of enemies or you need the extra range use the rocket. Part of the learning curve is to know when to bob and weave in between the 2.

Jinx w applies a slow which helps with kiting
also locks you in place while casting it. as someone who's just starting jinx i've learned this the hard way.

Depends on the fight. Sometimes it is better for me to use Kraken and sometimes its better to use the other one
I almost always take kraken because the damage u get from it makes it so easy to carry
