Good day everyone, today we are doing a hymn written in 1878 by E.A. Hoffman titled “ Are You Washed in the Blood”. This hymn talks about the new birth and being saved through the precious blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. John 1:29 says: “The next day John Seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” Colossians 1: 13,14 talking about Jesus says: “ Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son: (14) In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins.” Call on Jesus today to save you and his precious blood will take away all your sin.
I was raised on that song in the church I attended as a child. Forgive me but Im more interested in the Guitar! I own a 1976 Gretsch Country Gentleman what is yours?
It is a Gretsch G2420 Steamliner full hollow body series ( their low end models of guitars) in walnut finish. I have changed the tuners to Grover’s, and swapped the original pickups for a pair of GFS gold foil hum-buckers, and I also put on Gretsch control knobs instead of the inexpensive plastic knobs that came on it.
