I remember the first time I started looking into this total war game. I had no idea who the Chaos Gods were. The existence of the Skaven or the High and Dark Elves or Lizardmen. And all I could be was confused and not understanding the references and lore. Now that I have fallen into that rabbit hole I can appreciate the effort that was put into this series.
in 2018 I've been in the hospital of a different city due to Leukemia and stayed there for months and returned there very often to great pain, suffering and only pure sadness.(to the point of wondering if death was better.) then i had internet and all my while i did one thing to pass the slow time of my pain: learning. i learned of history, geography and so much much more regarding our world and then there was Warhammer fantasy. a world that i at first could not understand (possibly do to the medicines that damaged my thoughts.) and it was a bit hard for me to read about something with so much death at first,(screw the end times by the way it even gave me more nightmares.) but as time passed it became my obsession and it kept me even happy to learn of the beauty even such a world can have, the races, traditions, governments all made me even think how much our world could even learn from a combination of them. every last bit of it satisfied me. 2020 is hard for most people but for me really is my own golden age or at least its dawn for i have managed to return to my home city and not only regain most of my strength but in some areas even made me better and lately I'm having a fine life of healthy eating, more movement(like forest walking),total war Warhammer return of reckoning, blood bowl and learning more and more of Warhammer fantasy lore these days and just about every night i watch this song to remind me of how good life can be, how much fun can one have tomorrow and how much Warhammer fantasy fantasy changed me for the best. in sort: thank you very very much for this video friend.
When you think about it, this song is very fitting to the game's take on the setting. The setting is described as irreversibly doomed, fated to be consumed by Chaos one day, and despite the constant toil and bravery of the people, all they're doing is delaying the inevitable. But in this game, you can change that; you can avert the End Times, drive back the forces of Chaos, and truly bring a "brave new world" into being.
And above it all if listen carefully you can here it above the death the war the pain the suffering you can hear the echoing laughter of thirsting gods
I love 0:54 it's true, the Witch Hunter while a stoic, cold and powerful man is but a victim, a victim of a cruel world, to stem the tides of darkness he must sacrifice all..
Thanks man. I actually did my best to finish it before the Old World Edition. I am also planning to make a better version using the official Brettonia trailer (if they ever release it). Glad you liked it. (Soon many more man-things will appreciate-love this… yes-yes... *smirking ominously*)
Brother Santodes actually now I have read through some of it again there is one thing I like is that ikit claw decides to nuke the moon for shits and giggles
At first I cringed because of the choice of music, but seeing how good the editing is and how much you like Warhammer Fantasy, I not only reconsidered myself, but actually quite enjoyed this vid. Good job!
Nice video, I especially liked how you synced the deathclaw roar to the music. I think I would have liked it more if you didn't use this song though, I think I've heard a dozen fan MVs using this one :v

i'm more of a fan of 40k, but the fantasy side of warhammer is still fun and interesting

Love how the clips are edited to the lyrics.

With Warhammer 2 coming to an end it would be amazing if you could make another video including the game two factions along with game one

Insert pacha meme*
Rave
dragon age trailer song lol
Pansy Music. Needs more Bathory.
This video is great. My only complaint is the music, not fitting to the Warhammer setting at all.
Same feeling here. Music didn't do it for me.
While perhaps the melodies do not, the lyrics fit very well.
Great syncing to the music, but the music does not do Warhammer any justice at all
bad music choice
Well this music is the worst.
Great Video
