It will sound strange to all americans reading this but i dont think a person should hold 24 Pistols at his house :D + those are only 1/8 of his arsenal at home most probably
Nice safe. Love that it’s a nightstand too! When my budget permits this is a great think to have to store some family papers, cash, firearm etc.... definitely love that it is heavy duty enough to pass down generations. As always keep up the good work!
I just found that exact safe the other day at a local store and now that i just saw you put that many handguns in it i am going back to buy it if its still there!!! Love your reviews dude, very informative and well spoken. 👍👍
I like how it looks! I'm happy with a concealment only nightstand for my commonly carried handguns that I swap out depending on my activity. Then again, I live in a gated community with no foot traffic and I don't have kids. I'll be saving up for a larger safe for my collectible guns and a few ready lockers for my SHTF long guns. Cool option to consider though if you're short on space, have smaller guns, or need to lock up away from kids!
I’m glad I watched this video. My wife would never let me get this but now I see the value of turning my current safe into a long gun only safe and buying a smaller safe for pistols only.
Looks good I just waited till the bank I work at went through a remodel and I picked up 8 teller window stations for free and bonus it hooks up to my security system no problem
I agree with pretty much everything you said , i think its fairly reasonable on price & very practical. Its definitely gonna last for a long long time and has a great amount of room inside. Hopefully i can get one before to long myself...
One of these best tactical channels out there. Thank you for the review. I am definitely going to get this for my house. Also thank you for giving me inspiration to start my own reviews on my tactical stuff. Keep up the good work, brother!
I recently bought a Rhino safe -- was looking for a pistol safe and ended up getting a good sized one: Ironworks CIWD3022 (30"H x 22"W x 20"D). I'm quite happy with it.
Nice on the old nightstand. I lost a bet and had to wear a Broncos hat when the Pats lost to them a while back in the afc championship game I believe. After a month I took that hat and blew it up with a 5 gallon pail full of tannerrite. There was next to nothing but small threads left of that hat. It also blew a 4x4x3 foot hole in the ground. Love that stuff. I makes getting rid of stuff fun
Wow thank you talon your hard work and research had made some of the areas in my life that much simpler my hat goes off to you .also does the top drawer lock talon .
The price is actually not bad! Some people do not realize how much just the steel cost. One sheet cost around 300$ and you usually have to by the whole sheet or pay them to cut it.
That’s if you’re going to build one OK sure… but, if you’re a safe manufacturer, you’re getting steel cheaper and discounted. You’re not paying per sheet prices that the average person buying 1-sheet of steel
Most entertaining to see a glued sawdust box turned back to dust. Question: will an electronic safe survive an EMP? If not what is left? An x-tra large paperweight-timecapsule?
They make some great stuff and the prices are justified by the product's longevity, this is true (or was) at one time of all high end furniture. It is true as well, you get what you pay for.
I do not think it is the same. It says bighirn on the front and the electonic lock looks like it is made in china. At the moment, they are 409 at rhinos website
Question is will a second floor structure hold the 150lb weight of the nightstand without any issues with the floor sagging 10 years from now? Great review as always man!!
Yes, it should. When we installed a 250 lb antique cast iron tub our LICENSED contractor said it wasn't a problem. I'm assuming it would be the same for a safe. For reference, my home was built in 1967.
I have the same safe. Pro tip if you want that safe go to a wholesale place. I got mine at west coast safes in ca in Ontario and payed 524$ for it. The safe is badass and well worth it.
Safes generally are Rated by the amount of Time it takes to Break into them; 30 Minutes, 60 Minutes, 90 Minutes or 2 Hours. Given enough Time, Knowledge and Equipment even the most secure Vault can be Breached. Realistically all a Good Safe gives you is Time.
It's very nice and not to expensive. My only thing is having a safe that is exposed or in site of a thief. If the thief is in your home while you're not home He could knock it over and break open the back. Or if they get a drop on other family members now they have something to force them to open. I'd buy it if I had a dog because an alarm system only deters armature thieves. But it's very nice especially if you have children.
Model of flashlight please, that thing is awesome! Nightstand is great, wish they would’ve at least tried to conceal the keypad a bit. I still want to buy one!
What is the voltage output of the USB ports on the back, do you know? Curious if it's a high enough voltage (USB2.0+) to support the higher speed chargers phones come with these days. Also, does that keypad illuminate at night. They need to offer reverse hinging as an option. As it comes it would be good for my wife's side of the bed but for mine I'd have to reach over the door to located my handgun in the middle of the night should something go bump. Also, illumination inside of the safe itself should come standard at this price tag as it's a few bucks to add since they already have the electrical there. Harder for the end-user to route power inside to add it later. I like the look of it but It would also be cool to offer something a little more covert.
Warning: If you store gunpowder in a safe, and someone tries to enter it using a blowtorch.. The safe will explode (safe+gunpowder=bomb) and kill or seriously hurt the perpetrator. This could also happens if someone uses an angle grinder, trying to open it. Do NOT store gun powder in a safe.
Didn't realize you owned so many handguns. Not surprised, it's just a different perspective when a lot of them are in one video. Curious as to how many you have in your possession.
One question , I have wood floors - does it have protectors on bottom of the night stand/ safe . Or is that something they don't supply with it . For The money they should .
So I would like to understand how quickly you can unlock the safe. This is perfect but from a quick access perspective, how quickly are you able to get into it.
Let's blow up a safe next. Not for any other reason than we're bored and explosions are cool.
I'm in, just give me a time and place! My range would be a good option 😉
@@TalonSei Can we save the awesome rhino safe and blow up my over priced vaultek instead? I think i just converted to rhino
Rhino Metals looks like mold in the safe
I want that safe. Haha I just started my TH-cam channel
I like your style sir lol
"let's see how many of my handguns it can hold"
*Casually puts 24 handguns in it*
It will sound strange to all americans reading this but i dont think a person should hold 24 Pistols at his house :D + those are only 1/8 of his arsenal at home most probably
Svetoslav Kasabov why not?
Svetoslav Kasabov he is a reviewer though. So he most likely has more guns than most people
@@svetoslavkasabov cause you think it should be at least 50 handguns? Me too!
@@johnouellet8700 No!!! 75+. Easy.
Just had to pause it to hit the like and say that may be your best intro ever! I am excited for the rest of the video.
I love the "no step on snek" flag. 10/10.
It was SO satisfying when it blew up to the beat.
Well done Sei
Nice safe. Love that it’s a nightstand too! When my budget permits this is a great think to have to store some family papers, cash, firearm etc.... definitely love that it is heavy duty enough to pass down generations. As always keep up the good work!
yes when budget permit!!!!!!
The holster on the door is a nice touch, i need 1 of these in my life ASAP!!

Very cool man. Rhino makes really nice stuff.
That size demonstration was right on time! I'm looking for a secure, bedside storage option for my Maxim Defense PDX. I think I found it.
I’m glad I watched this video. My wife would never let me get this but now I see the value of turning my current safe into a long gun only safe and buying a smaller safe for pistols only.

Piece of furniture, plus safe = worth the price. I’ll be picking this up.
That's what I told the ol lady when I showed up at home with it in the bed of my truck! She didn't see it the same way for some reason.....

I too have a desert eagle in my night stand, both a flash light and home defence in one!
A safe as a night stand is genius
Wow thank you talon your hard work and research had made some of the areas in my life that much simpler my hat goes off to you .also does the top drawer lock talon .
It does not
Talon Sei I called and said Talon sent me 😆
I keep rewinding where u destroyed the "old nightstand",lolz, lolz!!!! good stuff! the new night stand/safe is hella cool
I love how you get rid of your furniture there. That table safe night stand Rock's 👍🏼

Most entertaining to see a glued sawdust box turned back to dust. Question: will an electronic safe survive an EMP? If not what is left? An x-tra large paperweight-timecapsule?
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for so as to store my pistols
That's a beautiful safe.
Love the safe, I need to smuggle it in without my wife noticing😂😂😂✌🏼
Talon flexin hard with this vid.
That's the BEST intro ever!
Best intro ever
Makes a good point about something like this lasting forever, as opposed to an IKEA nights stand that needs to be replaced in 6 months.
A lot of people don't think about that when they hear the price 👍🏻
You blew up a night stand to start a video about a gun safe night stand. Instant subscribe lol!
Badass night stand! I’ve been waiting for this review since the mail time video. Now I want one lol 😂
Tannerite to the win . It goes boom
Put a gun cleaning mat on top, they fit almost perfect for a handgun one. Plus it gives it a cooler look and be quieter.
another great video he just keeps a casual 50 cal deagle and a chiapa rhino as his night stand guns
That intro was badass
Aye the Subaru floor mat coaster!!!!! I love them. Hate that they took them off the site.
Thought I might have been the only one who noticed it! They're great!

Very nice and Tough Safe/Nightstand.
Our Costco just started carrying these for much less. I believe they’re a little over $300
i saw it today and took a picture which brought me here.... but i forgot to take a pic of the price lol
True !,
I just bought one but it doesn’t come with power strip on back. Prob why it’s a cheaper .
I do not think it is the same. It says bighirn on the front and the electonic lock looks like it is made in china. At the moment, they are 409 at rhinos website
600 for that safe is a steal. A good quality nightstand from a high end furn store is gonna run you 1000+
Like and subscribed, Mainly for the amount of freedom you demonstrated! Nice dude.
Looks bad ass!! Wonder if I can get it in black camo
Can you still access it if you lose power or if you batteries go out at an inconvenient time?
Same thing I was wondering. Too bad no one answered.

Thanks for this video they raised the price $100
Just for the awesome look of a nightstand, if I had the money, I would have 2, 1 for each side of my bed! Very kool!
It's very nice and not to expensive. My only thing is having a safe that is exposed or in site of a thief.

But it's very nice especially if you have children.
Wish the walls weren't so thick and there was more room inside. But still worth considering.
If it run on batteries what happens if the batteries die? Is your stuff just forever locked in there?
Nice safe and review. How much was shipping?
Thanks for vid talon!! I was worried if my sbr rattler would fit inside. And your video shows it will thanks!!! Buying one or two of them! Lol

So I would like to understand how quickly you can unlock the safe. This is perfect but from a quick access perspective, how quickly are you able to get into it.
It’s not made to be a quick access safe, however you can get into it in about a second or 2
@@TalonSei Thank you sir!
At first I thought you were going to go repurpose your nightstand, when I saw it blow up I was pleasantly surprised! 😂
If the power goes out and the battery dies by some insane stroke of bad luck is there some fail safe to manually unlock it besides power tools?
