- Two of America’s finest, Justin Bergman and Shane Van Boening, matched up at the 2015 U.S. Open 9-Ball Championships. Van Boening, in 2015, had already won this major event four times, and was clearly the favorite going into this match. Yet Bergman has won titles in 8-Ball, 9-Ball, 10-Ball, and One-Pocket, and was always ready to challenge anyone. Let’s see what happened here.

5:48 The cue ball was not moving! Why do so many commentators make up these things or just not watch the game? If you're not watching don't bother commentating, we're watching and can see SVB doing the exact opposite of what Danny DiLdo accused him of.
You say 'so many commentators' as if these guys haven't paid their dues playing this game for over 80 years COMBINED. Commentators can only make inferences and predictions of a players move. :)
@@zacharygoldsmith7218 I didn't suggest that they hadn't paid their dues. In this case he wasn't "making an inference or a prediction", he made a false allegation of a foul after everyone else had watched what was clearly not a foul! Doesn't matter how many years he'd played pool, what he said was wrong and ridiculous, just like your comment.
He's a bit of an older guy and Shane touched the cue ball immediately after it stopped. Just a little mistake by Danny, really probably not worth getting upset about especially since nothing came from it. When you're his age you can get eye surgery, ingest large quantities of caffeine and stare through binoculars at the cue ball after the 9 is pocketed and you'll be the one to check with if the opponent started whining that the cue was contacted while still rolling.
@@H78mark He's not that much older than I am, smartarse, and my eyesight isn't anywhere near perfect but I can see what's happening on the table without eye surgery, coffee or binoculars. Seriously, if he can't see what's happening during the game, so much so that he calls fouls when they clearly didn't happen (and doesn't call them when they did occur, eg. 1:19:01) he shouldn't be commentating. In this case the opponent didn't start whining because he could also see that there was no foul to whine about.

Danny was referring to Shane hitting the ball with his cue before it stopped rolling after he had pocketed the 9. On the second one, I’m not sure to what Danny was referring.

Watched a few other matches that were really entertaining and exciting but I dont know why, this match kind of was a downer. I cant really put my finger on it. Feels really tense and uncomfortable
