These updated techniques for the 6 Hour Quilt, are our most popular ever.
The pattern includes new directions for a "Tag Along Buddy Quilt", which is a small quilt with a satin binding for the toddler to tag along with mom and a new baby.
Also included in the pattern are directions for making this quilt in more sizes, from small to double-quilt size.

Oh wow, hadn't known that she had passed away, so sorry to hear that. She was a great techniques and tools resource back when I started quilting. I made a couple of these for my sons when they were young. Great for novelty prints!

Bind it quicker by sewing the binding to the back, bringing to the front, and beautifully topstitching with an edge stitch.

I love this technique as I have never seen it before. I also love the tip of using a needle as a guide when ironing your binding in half. That was brilliant
When tip to use a long zigzag stich is used, I'm too new to know, does this mean top to bottom long, or left to right long stitching? This is a great tutorial. I'm glad I just found it. Thank you.
